Sears Travel Svc

Booked through Sears travel Kingsway for a friends wedding in Mexico. She lives in Edmonton so she booked through here, meanwhile there were a lot of family and friends who booked over the phone from Nova Scotia. We had an initial travel agent named Kerri who was outstanding, answered questions promptly and always returned calls in a timely manner. Once Kerri got a new job we were assigned a new agent named Donna Foreman. Donna has been everything but helpful. If you do not follow up with her she will not call/e-mail back. If you don't harass her for answers she will not provide any. She has been extremely disorganized with everything that it's been a horrible experience to say the least. We had a friend who decided to book this trip late after a tragic loss occurred. Donna was looking into an available room for her (it's been a week today) .. my friend decided to call Maritime Travel today, in Nova Scotia and within minutes the lady on the phone had her booked in our same hotel, on the same flights with everything paid for and ready to go. Telling you all I'm disappointed would be a complete understatement. Absolute horrible customer service, if I could have rated this a negative.. I would have.

Lesley is an excellent travel agent. She was extremely Professional, courteous, prompt and helpful with making my reservations for our upcoming family trip . . . extremely happy with her service. Will recommend her to others.

whether it be travel or home appliances. sears customer service sucks.i am waiting 3 months for my dishwasher to be repaired.after 6 service calls and six incorrect part supplied excuses ,i am at the point of giving up and just purchasing a new dishwasher.the guarantee is about to expire and i do not know what else to do.sears does not care -3 months without the use of a dishwasher and all you get is --we are waiting for parts from whirlpool--sears sucks sucks and sucks-do not purchase any appliance from sears--after sales service is non existent''i am forced to give 1 star

I went to Sears travel to book a flight to Vegas and was very impressed with the service I received. My agent not only beat any price I could find online she ensured I left with all the documents I would need including customs forms so I had a worry free trip.
I will definately return to Sears Travel.

The staff do not return your calls and customer service sucks. Once they have your money, you no longer matter. Today is December 29 and we are still waiting issue resolution from a trip September 18. I have called and called with no response, finally had to write their head office to get a phone call back. That was 6 weeks ago...their manager was supposed to call me back...I'm still waiting. DO NOT book with this agency...you will be sorry!
