Best Purchasing Experience to Date
Our family just recently purchased our 4th Honda from Henley Honda and to date, this was by far THE BEST buying experience we have had.
As my husband and I pulled into Henley Honda, I said to him, "If the sales person isn't right, I can't buy here." And then we met Dawson...if ever there was someone suited for this occupation, it is him. Amazing, he made us feel welcome and at ease, his knowledge was extremely impressive.
We hadn't quite made our decision yet, and had visited a number of car dealerships. I said to my husband, "Of all the lots we were at, which sales associate did you enjoy and like the most?"
"That's easy" he said "Dawson at Honda, I could totally hang out with that guy." I said "Me too, let's go buy our 4th Honda". Off we went and are the proud owners of a new 2012 Honda Civic.
Now our experience was not only made enjoyable by Dawson but, the entire Honda Team. From Tom who made us laugh and was smitten with our nicknamed Honda Odyssey that we were moving out of, to Alex (the new and fabulous owner) who made a point to come over and personally introduce himself to us and thank us for purchasing with Henley Honda again.
The entire team was extraordinary!!!! Dawson even had little extras waiting for us when we picked up our new car, little things that he just remembered from our conversations.
We have never felt so at home and comfortable when purchasing a vehicle. We just enjoyed every person and aspect of this experience. I won't lie, some days I kind of feel like popping in, having a coffee and hanging out with this group. The Honda Family Rocks....thanks again to everyone who made this experience so seamless and amazing!
