Why would you sell a rust protector to customers,, knowing very well they do not do a thing. .I have bolts under the hood that are so rusty I sprayed them with wd 40 to help them from rusting away. I said from day one the brakes are not good always bouncing when coming to a stop.. I remember reading brakes were cleaned up. Not sure how one does this. usually replace them.. and the car under 50 klms through out the city driving is terrible. I could not bring the car back due to the place being closed because of the covid.. so stuck with a car that needs an alignment and possibly plugs.. Never know. If your going to sell a car make sure that Brakes are not just cleaned replace them. plus the rust protector. loose them.. they surely do not work,,

We went to Henley Honda to just test drive a couple of vehicles and a few hours later we were signing the paperwork for a brand new Honda Accord! Brian was a pleasure to work with ... relaxed, knowledgeable and confident in his product! I was quite impressed with our test drive experience. Before handing us the keys, Brian drove first and demonstrated some of the new technologies and safety features of the car. I have never had a car salesman showcase a vehicle in that manner before.
When we came to pick up the car, once again great customer service. Brian spent at least an hour with us showing us all the electronic dash features .. even helping us set up the blue tooth and configuring our own personal settings for the car! Every thing went smoothly...from initial test drive to driving our white "stormtrooper" Accord with painted black rims off the lot.
A week later and I absolutely love my new 2018 Honda Accord. This is my first Honda and there just might be another Honda purchase for us in the near future!! Thanks Honda Henley and Brian Chickowski.

My experience at Henley Honda was excellent from beginning to end. Joe Ferguson and Sandra made the buying of my Accord a pleasurable purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Henley Honda to anyone.

Just bought a used CRV from Henley Honda. After driving just over an hour to get to St Catharines for our 11am appointment Michael was a little surprised when we suggested we wanted to take the vehicle home the same day. There was another service, interior sanitation, final detailing, and all the things that go with taking a vehicle home in pristine condition. The team pulled together with grace and efficiency to get us back on the road before the end of the day. Particular thanks to Michael and manager Joe. Altogether a very positive experience, a stellar team. Thanks.

I have dealt with Henley Honda for the last 10 years. Recently we purchased a new CRV and again we are very pleased with the service. All staff right from the front desk Receptionist, Sales to Financing are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable giving no pressure to us whatsoever. Joe was very good helping us with our decision with the CRV. When picking up the vehicle he explained everything and offered his service with any questions or concerns in the future we might have. I also received a call within the week from him to see how things were going. Henley Honda certainly makes you feel like a valued customer!

Terrible service and they lie. So frustrated with these people I No longer want to deal with Honda or The people at Henley Honda. I'm ready for a trade in to another brand of vehicles. Makes me sad cause Honda was suppose to have such a great reputation.

I have never purchased from a dealership. This was my first big investment in a good car. Im not very optimistic about promises of follow through and warrenty. I am pleased to say Henley Honda has gone above and beyond honouring their warrenty. In the first month my vehicle had an issue. They replaced the part no questions asked. I feel well taken care of, thanks Omar!

From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave, you're well taken care of. I had the pleasure of working with Michael daniel, and Sandra. They were both able to find a car within my budget, referred me to an amazing insurance company, and filled all of my needs! I love the breeze of being pre-approved for a car before driving all the way down to the dealership. It takes away a lot of the stress of falling in love with a car outside your budget. I highly recommend the both of them, I promise you won't be disappointed!

very knowledgeable on the HRV
he went over all the features and was not in a hurry to get it done
very efficient with showing everything and how it works
he was patient and answered all the questions posed to him
EXCEPT
Although I asked the question NO ONE seems to have the answer of exactly what
H R V stands for
its not Hybrid Recreational Vehicle so I am waiting on the answer to that question

As a family we have purchased 5 Honda vehicles within the last 10 years. I recently purchase another from Henley Honda and our sales man was Erin Sammy. Erin demonstrated complete knowledge of the HRV vehicle that I bought. He was completely honest and even gave me info on my previous purchase that I was not aware of. He also offered to have me come in and go over more features. Erin was kind, courteous and extremely personable right from our first meeting. I will continue my business partnership with Erin at Henley!

Less thn 500 kms, found out on news? Checked vin numbers RECALL, seems factory employees forgot and installed improperly piston clips holding piston pin. 38,000 motors.. built in canada...all 2 litres. Henley being very sympathetic. wheres quality controll? Found out today, stay tuned for what happens. Afraid to drive it, if clip falles out at 4000 rpms seizing engine parts probably setting of air bag lol 2012 ford gt mustang, 6 months ago got recall, air bags, when they blow sharp plastic pieces will cut you throat or face.. may take 2 years to replace----- recall said avoid front end collisions till repaired, let everybody drive it now 440 hp missle one bang cut your jugular vein no more problems. Pissed at manufacters not dealers, henley has 100 percet honest with not Ed Learn ford thx let you know what happens with the honda ftgftgv the ford

Lucky for me I bumped into Boris Cvijeticanin this evening at a convenience store. He asked me how I was enjoying my Fit, which I purchased in October 2014. I told him that I loved it but it was too bad that my cell phone had been stolen because I couldn't connect my new phone to it. He followed me to my car and took the time to connect my new phone to my Fit (I had tried to do it myself, but I wasn't able to do it). That's taking customer service to a whole new, terrific level!

I recently bought a used Honda CR-V and its carproof report stated that it was served at Henley Honda for a number of years. I was short of funds and didn't want to do not necessary maintenance, which was already performed on this vehicle. But the dealer who sold me the car didn't provide any maintenance records on it. So I asked Alex to provide me some information on previous maintenance history.

He and his staff were very helpful and promptly replied to all of my questions, which saved me a lot of money and made me feel confident that it will be safe to drive the vehicle after I get the rest of the maintenance done.

I recently bought a Honda CR-V from Boris and not only that I love my new car, I was totally impressed with with Boris and how the process was handled at Henley Honda. Most other dealerships are all business and miss the professional and personal touch Boris and his dealership have. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a best quality car to see Henley Honda and look to deal with Boris...you will not meet another Sales Professional like him. From the moment i walked in the door Joe provided excellent service right up until the time I got the keys. And has since then reached out to see how everything was!!! I couldn't be more happier with my purchase. This is my second Honda and will probably be a honda driver for life. We walked in to Henley Honda to view a minivan. We were met by Boris. He is not only an excellent sales man, but very helpful and sincere. He answered all our questions and knew a lot about the vehicle. Needless to say that a few days later we had the papers signed on our new Odyssey. We were really pleased with the service, from Boris right through to Finance. Its a great team of professionals. We are first time Honda drivers and I am confident to say it will not be the only Honda that we will drive.
