Not pleased
I went for a pedicure in the summer (8 months pregnant) I wasnt unhappy with the service itself but I was overcharged for a permanent polish ($20) that I didn't ask for or receive.
They called a few days later to apologize and say they had a credit under my name - not offering to reimburse me the amount I was over charged.
I left it alone and just recently called them to ask for the money back as it was their mistake
and I don't see myself treating myself anytime soon with a new baby at home and she told me they couldn't REFUND me MY money and that I could go use the credit.
Very unimpressed as it's not their money to choose what to do with, it was their mistake and they were unwilling to make it right.
I would not recommend this spa to anyone as their poor customer service outweighs a decent pedicure.

Further to the above comment by Janine is the excerpt from Google review (from the beginning of July 2016) for further clarification, as this service was performed on July 8th, 2016 and was resolved at that time (the next day) to the client's satisfaction as she indicated that she would be back for a pedi service and agreed to just putting the "difference" towards her next visit with us. The credit is still on the account in the amount of $15.75 (taxes inc.) and is available towards any service we offer. Janine hasn't used the credit as yet, albeit she phoned us mid-November demanding a refund (over 4 months later). I told Janine that we were unable to refund due to the time frame that had elapsed and that the credit will remain on her account, as agreed back in July, for her to use towards any service. Janine was quite upset about this, but I assured her that the credit was valid as our word was back at the beginning of July. Originally Janine posted on Google, but now I see that the review above was posted to a different review site without mention of our original conversation and her stating that she was fine with the original outcome to resolve. My pedicure was wonderful all the way from booking it over the phone until I paid. I didn't catch the ladies name who did my service but she was nice enough to give me a tour before my service.
My only complaint is that over the phone I asked for "the longest, most relaxing pedicure there was" She said the citrus pedicure with paraffin and I was told it would be $65 and asked if that was ok.
However when I went to pay it ended up being $85.
I was pretty relaxed and just ended up paying and leaving. Unfortunately I don't know if I'd be back again based on the price difference.

Your predicament with your service charge was brought to my attention, just this afternoon and my understanding is that your Spa Professional already rectified the situation, prior to my even knowing there was an issue with your bill - My staff strives for excellence and I am thrilled that your Spa Professional took the "extra mile" and called you when she realized that she had charged you $15 extra for permanent polish that you did not request. She had been booked with many pedicures that day and permanent polish, being all the rage it is, was an add on to all of her pedicures previous to yours. She admitted that she wasn't thinking, and was in the pedicure with permanent polish "groove' , when she wrote up your bill incorrectly. The Salon Director who booked your appointment, did quote the proper price of $65 for the luxury pedicure that you received. From the conversation you had with your Spa Professional, she has recorded a $15.75 credit on your card (including tax) to be used upon your next appointment with us.
