Do not go to this salon for hair colouring. You can do better colour by yourself at home than what they can do at this salon. I went to the Onare hair salon to get rid of full length yellowish highligths and an overall ash tone of the hair. I asked for hair colour to be changed to rich brown with slightly lighter highlights at the hair ends only. After Ashley finished doing my hair, the hair was precisely the same as it was before coming to the salon: ash tone with even more pronounced yellow full length highlights. When I asked for correction, they said I could get the next appointment in 5 days, as Ashley was busy and no other colorists could do it either. It is when I asked for my money to be returned so I can colour the hair on my own at home that they offered to do the correction on the same day. After the second set of colouring, the hair colour is redish black and so strong that it looks completely unnatural, it is utterly unflattering and definitely not what I wanted. As the colour fades it will probably start turning into bright orange. Any person can do better hair colour at home. I paid $128 for this torture (on short hair) and horrific results that I am not happy with.
