Missing bolt
Had my 2016 ES350 safetied at the dealership end of July.
Brought the vehicle back to Ottawa to the local Lexus today. They discovered bolt missing from Caliper.
UPDATE: Rocco at DVNL spoke to me and rectified the situation and I have updated the rating respectively . It was appreciated showing that customer service has not quite met its demise and we're all human.
