PINKCHERRY EXPEDITED CANADA POST...

Don't blame Pinkcherry for Canada Posts Expedited delivery. They only deliver the expedited opportunity for YOU to go and get your order yourself, at the nearest post office franchise. I complained about this at the franchise post office and 3 other folks in line, said the same thing happens to them. I was there, I answered the phone and all they did was leave the notice, redirecting me to the franchise. I suspect this is Canada Posts way of redirecting their corporate business to their franchises, in order to likely justify the cost of those franchises, just a guess but the simplest answer is usually the closest to the truth eh! FEDEX is similar in that you have to go to another town other than Burlington to pick up your parcel, at least that was the case when I stopped using FEDEX about a year ago.

WTF

Tried to place a $225.00 order ...
Site would not allow me to order without sigNing in 3 times.
Then tried to register even though I'm already registered ...
Wouldn't accept my correct password again multiple times....
Did a password reset .. took 3 tries to get an email...
Rest password and again ...
Would not accept the reset password
Sent an email to complain ...
Site said nothing wrong with the site, in spite of the specific examples I sent.
Site then said they wouldn't communicate any more because I used the word fucken ..
Thereby ignoring my complaint and shoVing their religious bias down my throat.
CUSTOMER SERVICE??????

PROBLEM FIXED
ya the problem was an " i " that should have been an " l " the Prez and I worked it all out and they gave me refund on my shipping fee so its all good and ill see if i can change my 0ne star to a 5 eh!

I highly doubt a sex shop has religious bias, but to each their own. I think the more probably option was that most businesses don’t allow profanity especially when it’s in relation to a customer service representative. I’m sorry you had a bad experience I have been ordering from here for years and have yet to run into the same issue but I can appreciate how annoying it is to have to continuously jump through hoops.
