So, I posted a review on July 24th about the poor service I received from Don Valley Lexus. I got a speedy response from Robin apologizing and asking for my contact information which I provided, email and telephone. He responded again saying a manager would be contacting me. I received an email from Arthur (Service Manager) this morning and we arranged to talk by telephone between 4 and 5 pm today. I arranged my schedule around being available for this call. Its now 5:30pm and no call has come. I love my Lexus but don't think much of the service I am receiving. Hoping it improves.
