My husband & I have been clients of Lenscrafters and Dr. Meyer & Associates (optometrists next door to Lenscrafters) for over 12 years. There have been times we have had to wait for our new glasses but the staff have always been accommodating and very helpful. Repairs have always been done promptly. We have also returned glasses (we didn't like the frames or the lenses didn't seem right) within their 90 day warranty period without any questions ask.
