Delivary customer servace

Delivery Customer service staff are not friendly at all. First one lady gave me a wrong timing for the delivery which I used to coordinate with my landlord, they call me 24 hours before with the new timing but I was not able to change the already booked elevator time. I called back to explain the situation but the lady was not friendly and didn't offer any cooperation or any sort of flexibility to work this situation out.

Second, I received the delivery without my bed and the dresser, they claimed that something went wrong during the loading of the truck.

Third, I was told that only the TV table is RTA. but, I was surprised that even the bunk bed is too, and to make the situation even worse, there was no catalog with the bunk bed and I had no clue how to assemble it.

The delivery boys were very cooperative and friendly and even tried to help me with the bunk bed although the should not.

I urge you to train your delivery customer service team to be more customer-centered.
