We had a very troubling experience with this company. They destroyed almost half of our belongings and took no responsibility for the problem. Then they continued to withdraw money from our bank account after we had signed out of their storage facility and closed our account with them. Many other accounting issues occurred but the most disturbing issue was the attitude of the manager of accounting...making it sound like everything was our fault. Do what you think is best.
