Disappointed
I waited all day for a delivery to my home, only to find a sticker on my door. How I missed the delivery has me completely baffled. The confusion doesn't stop there. Okay I missed the driver somehow, things happen, but for the love of god why do I have to drive from Spruce Grove back into Edmonton to pick up my parcel? That makes abolsutely no sense to me. So, so disappointed and for that reason I will no longer order anything from that particular retailer if this is the delivery service I am going to receive. Unfortunately I am forced to give Puraltor a one star rating in order to post my review.

Our drivers are supposed to knock or ring the doorbell. Could you please email me your tracking number? I'll look into this and report the incident.
Please note that we do offer second attempt or to have your shipment redirected to the service point of your choice, serviced by the same depot. These options are complimentary and upon request.
