I tried to get a pick up of an envelope today but the person at the 1-800 number?? After a discussion about my postal code for pickup not exisiting and subsequently being put on hold for an eternity I gave up. I could see our address right in front of me on the computer on the Purolator main screen but no such luck with the guy answering the line, he had no clue. Kept telling me my postal code was different than it was. Also wanting a pick up at one address and having the invoicing made out to another address was way beyond his comprehension. It is so sad!

Was supposed to get a package yesterday; was told it couldn't go out due to "weather delays" despite it being crystal clear out all day long. Today the package was supposed to be delivered; the guy decided to stop 1.5 hours early due to, you guessed it, "weather delays" on another crystal clear day. I was promised someone would call about updating me and letting me pick up at the depot yesterday. Never got that call. Had to call 5 times yesterday to be told there was nothing they could do but maybe I could pick it up myself. Called today after waiting all day for my package, which was put on the delivery truck in the morning, to be told that my package was actually just logged in as being returned to the depot and wouldn't be delivered today either. Management admitted it was "weird" and they would have to figure out what's going on. Completely unacceptable, especially since my package is medicine, and every single Purolator employee had been told, and had assured me that status had been put in the system and would be treated accordingly (as an important medicine that cannot wait). Good luck if you're only buying shoes or clothes or movies. I'm also guaranteed Saturday service, but Purolator never delivers my packages on Saturdays, even if they've been waiting at the depot since Friday morning.

I waited all day for a delivery to my home, only to find a sticker on my door. How I missed the delivery has me completely baffled. The confusion doesn't stop there. Okay I missed the driver somehow, things happen, but for the love of god why do I have to drive from Spruce Grove back into Edmonton to pick up my parcel? That makes abolsutely no sense to me. So, so disappointed and for that reason I will no longer order anything from that particular retailer if this is the delivery service I am going to receive. Unfortunately I am forced to give Puraltor a one star rating in order to post my review.

Our drivers are supposed to knock or ring the doorbell. Could you please email me your tracking number? I'll look into this and report the incident.

Please note that we do offer second attempt or to have your shipment redirected to the service point of your choice, serviced by the same depot. These options are complimentary and upon request.

You guys don't even get a star from me...you always have some sort of delay..why are you guys always putting it on the wrong truck..I will never give you guys my money again...went from the 19 to the 22 now the 23 ???..how many idiots do you guys employ??? Need to let a few people go.because it is causing you to loose business.. I would rather pay 300 dollars for shipping with another company than ship with you guys as there is ALWAYS AN EXCUSE...MY POTTY MOUTH IS SOMETHING YOU GUYS WOULD NOT LIKE...smarten up Purolator because right now YOU GUYS SUCKKKKKKKK

I am SO DISAPPOINTED with their delivery schedule. There's so much delayed with my package. A lot of reasons like receiver's inaccessible. How come it's inaccessible? a lot of agents are dropping mails in here. Second, delayed due to sorting error. Error? Because it was put in the wrong truck for delivery, and then at the end of the day they deliver back to the agent. Third, Incomplete address. HOW COME incomplete address? My address was very clear. A customer service from purolator called me a day after the first delay and doubled check my address. I gave my number and gave them a very clear instructions. Still it wasn't delivered becoz of incomplete address?? They always says it would be delivered tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow.. How many tomorrows? OMG!! And now guess what? Just called, and would be scheduled again for delivery NEXT WEEK!!!? Nice try!

I recently had a package sent to me which showed my name and my vacation property address which does not, of course, match my home address.
Purolator called the phone number I provided and gave me the 12 digit tracking code which I provided upon my arrival along with my government issued ID (Drivers License) with my name and my picture on it. Clearly, this was me and yet the package would not be released to me because the addresses did not match!
This is a policy which needs to be revisited.
