The crew arrived on time on the day scheduled. They seemed very knowledgeable about how to deal with our old low-roof pitch which was kind of tricky. Everyone from the sales guy Michael to the team of installers were courteous and very professional. I did not feel like I overpaid, in fact they suggested me various options and costs that best suited my budget.
