I've been looking for a great hairdresser in Burlington for years. I've tried many in the area that were all ok but not exactly hitting the mark. This one does! Today will be my 4th visit. The owner, Mike, is great and friendly - and honest about what you need. Staff are wonderful too! I thought I needed colour and Mike said - leave it. Mike is the new owner and has redecorated but it still needs some sparkle.

Late and cut stopped during styling due to family chats in shop, or cancelled for personal stuff, etc. Got tired of it and stopped going. I was growing my hair from short to long and it kept getting cut short again so wasn't paying attention to what I wanted.

I've seen the Style Director 6x and he is good but not the best at bangs, so sadly won't be going back. The salon is very good overall, but I've been double booked once and they called to cancel my appt 15 mins before I was due to arrive last time. This did not impress me at all, as like everyone, life is very busy and coordinating these personal things is a challenge. I'm going through reviews to find a new place to drop my locks.
