One star rating only because zero wasn't an option....I will be returning the Dell laptop I purchased & never dealing with the company again. Their customer service is by far & away the WORST I have ever experienced. Absolutely unbelievably poor. After spending 6 hours on the phone, being transferred over 40 times (to the wrong department) I finally reached the fraud dept to report a fraudulent charge my Dell account that included a pre-authorization with my banking info (serious security concern!!). Upon reaching them at long last the representative had his radio turned up too loudly to hear me & hung up! I'm done with Dell. NEVER AGAIN!! It's sickening. Obviously they just don't care about their customers.
