Counter staff is always friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, warm, secure, and easy enough to find for being way in the back. The property is very well looked after. If I have to have my property in storage, I'm happy it's here.
I'm not a fan of the stairs right by my unit, that I have to negotiate with full arms, but that's the fault of the architect and corporate approval processes rather than the staff or owners.
