This clinic will rip you off by over-charging please believe this review and all the other negative ones are telling the truth!

Don't bring your pet here they are only after your money. Biggest scam going. I think they hire street people and train them how to take the customers money and then tell them to go see their own vets. Its funny when you have a complaint they all seem to be the managers of this place. They are good at not listening to you once they have your money and they brush you off.
Good advice, Denise. Get the cheapest possible care for your pet. I bet you do the same for yourself when it comes to your health.

This spa likes to push it's own line of expensive products on customers during each visit. If this isn't irritating enough, they also line up the "suggested" products at the cash register when you leave to encourage you to buy them. This type of hard sell is not what a customer wants when they are expecting a relaxing time. I've told my friends not to visit this spa as there's lots of pleasant spas who aren't trying to get you to spend more money.

if you have understanding of the importance of a great facial product then money is not an issue if you go to shoppers drug mart and spend 100 dollars all you are buying is a mixture of chemicals to shove in your pours... dont be fooled by anti aging products that only cost 20 dollars the average cost for a great facial line top to bottom is $500-$700 dollars thats to get about a years worth better product + knowledge = fabulous skin
I'm not sure if this location is related to the Diva Boutique at 1196 St. Clair West but the location on St. Clair west has poor customer service and I don't recommend it.
