My docter is in t,he same building. So I have to go to this lab. Yesterday the receptionist was rude as well did not ask the question , verifying that a 12 hour fast was done. But the WORST DERILECTION OF DUTY was the fact that the technician did not put alcohol on my arm before inserting the needle. This place exudes an air of not caring. Some one of authority must look into their practices.
