The facility is nice and the residents are awesome, but the staff have the maturity of high school students. Every unit has it's own very petty politics and way of doing things. New hires are treated as inferior, are expected to automatically know routines and residents individual care, and are criticized without being given any guidance. If a new hire takes time to look up the information, they are reported for being slow. If they ask for help they are reported as being incompetent. Some staff have even been known to actively try to get other staff fired for childish things such as accidental wardrobe malfunctions or for things that they themselves actually did. A few of the staff are okay, but the majority of them will smile in your face while gossiping and spreading malicious rumors about you behind your back. It is nothing short of slander. If you have any modicum of self respect and would like to be in a professional and teamwork oriented environment do not work in this nest of snakes.
