From good to bad.
Today we were refused a 90 day same as cash on a bargain annex store We have Been dealing with Tuppermans for 25 years and made amlost all of our mager appliances from Tupperman. We have never defaulted on anything we purchased from them. Today they have lost me and my family from ever buying there again.

At Tepperman's, we value customer loyalty very highly. We also take pride in looking for every opportunity to work with our customer's to mee their financing needs. As such, it's highly unusual for something like this to have taken place without some kind of extenuating circumstance, i.e., a significant change to a customer's credit profile.
I will look into this matter ASAP so that I can understand what took place. If I find that something was overlooked or a decision was made incorrectly, we'll follow-up with you ASAP.

As I stated in my first reply, we value customer loyalty very highly at Tepperman's, and we certainly take purchase & payment history into consideration when reviewing requests for financing options.
In this particular situation, there were additional circumstances relevant to the request for financing that resulted in the decision you received.
