Great Service at Sentinel Montreal
I want to commend Sentinel Montreal on the great service we received from them this past week-end.
My sister has had a locker with them for the past two years and I have made frequent trips there to put things in and take things out. I have always been happy with everything I saw: friendly staff, good security and a very clean facility.
This past weekend we made a last minute decision that we needed to get storage for ourselves. I called on Saturday afternoon, spoke with their very helpful assistant manager, Alyssa, who gave me pricing options for different sizes and reserved their courtesy truck for me for the next afternoon.
On Sunday afternoon we went and met with Alyssa who patiently ran through even more options with us. In the end we decided to take an outdoor storage unit due to the convenience of being able to pull the truck right up to the door and unload.
Within a 1/2 hour we were all signed up and on our way in the courtesy truck.
The only disappointment was that there was no promotion on the unit we chose: many units have a "pay the first month get the second month free" promotion.
But overall it was a great experience!
