Got my car fixed, had two ICBC claims to get done. When I received my car, the work was done great, but since then water is constantly entering my car somewhere. The condensation problem is incredible. Very disappointed. The work done on the claims was over $5000.00. Brought the car back once as I thought the water was entering through the front door somewhere. It never did get fixed.

Went to get 3 rock chips repaired with my Groupon. They repaired one and said they repaired three. When I inquired about this, the clerk was aggressive and I was told the stability of my windshield would be compromised if they repaired any more chips. Yet when I called to book my appointment originally, I told them I had 4 chips and they said they could repair them. The person that repaired the one rock chip did not wipe down the windshield after the repair and you could see the marks from the machine that he only repaired one chip not the three they said they repaired. Would not recommend using this company.

Awesome experience! Thank you Josh..... These guys were outstanding from start to finish. The best service ever! I would recommend Kirmac Maple Ridge to everyone! Very friendly caring and really seemed to want to do the best job for me and my car... and they did. Their paint matching is excellent. I highly recommend trying them out... you won’t be disappointed. Henry

i was shocked at what they do to cars, putting them back together with out proper bolts, using zip ties for door latches, using single stage paint istead of base and clear.they are a production shop and want your car out as soon as possible, they try to fix as many cars as they can so they can make more money at the end of the month. my friend got his acura fixed there three years ago and the trunk fills with water everytime it rains, this strated happening one week after he picked it up from the shop. They offer life time warranty and every time he takes it in to kimac they test for water leaks but never repair it. We even saw a drain plug removed from the trunk of the acura, i guess they did this so the water drians out when the trunk gets filled with water, this is cheating and its not professional.i was told by one of the employees(apprentice)that they let apprentices do big jobs so the company can save money by not paying the techicians.we also measured paint thickness(on damanged area) on my friends acura and it was less then 1.5 mm, the factory acura should have 3 mm of paint flim. Not to mention the overspray the car had when we got the acura back, there was blue paint in the wheel wells and the exhaust. Best place to take your car to get repaired is a non production shop. Toms custom autobody is a really good bodyshop, just check out the cars they work on, they always maintain a high standard, they last two times i have gone there and they always exceed my expectations. Getting your car repaired the right way is important please don't sacrifice the safety of people who are going to be in the car.

In 1973, Kirmac Collision and Autobody was founded by Ian McIntosh. He always had the propensity to embrace new technology and pioneer new collision repair techniques. While working at a major truck manufacturing facility in Burnaby, Ian realized that a repair ' operations should flow as efficiently as the assembly line environment he was working in. At the time, collision repair shops were dingy, disorganized and only produced good enough quality to vehicle owners. That was all about to change with the opening of Kirmac.
