Staffs were very friendly and approachable; which is very much important in business ethics. It is such very important in dealing with costumers with different situation. Friendliness takes away grumpiness 😀. Kudos to your staffs at Red Deer, Alberta downtown area.
Jen and the team was so helpful today, best accommodating team have ever had for years and highly recommended if you are looking for a secured place to store your things
Very efficient process. Staff super helpful and cheerful! I would definetly recommend Sentinel Storage Red Deer!
They were very helpful and I appreciated everything that they did for me! I would highly recommend them again. Their facility was secure and easy to access!
Never a problem. From reserving the unit to emptying the unit. Affordable, clean and professional. Thanks again!
Amazing service and great facilities. I use them repeatedly and always great to deal with.
I was very happy with both people that helped me at the storage place pat and audra's they both were very friendly and helpful and helped me through everything, and I really appreciate that.
I would really recommend this place if you need somewhere to store stuff.

They were very responsive and accommodating when I needed storage at the last minute. The site is accessible and clean and staff are pleasant to deal with.
This review is for the amazing woman, Stephy ( I hope that's how she spelled her name).
She was my customer service advisor, who helped me with today's unit choice.
Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, easy to understand, she was very professional.
She helped me pick out the right unit, had the address in seconds texted to me.. and I never had to worry about anything.
I wish more people hired good communicators like her, she did a very good job with helping me Today.

Only reach out to them if you're prepared to overpay and rent from them. I contacted them on August 22nd for a quote (for a 5x5 or at most a 10x10). During the call, I clearly mentioned twice that I was just looking for a quote since I might be moving in November. I received an email response the same day, which I anticipated.
The next day, August 23rd, I received a voicemail from the local office asking when I’d like to schedule a tour. A tour? It’s literally just a steel box in an industrial park—I know what a storage unit looks like. Since I had already told the initial customer service rep that I was only looking for a quote, I chose to ignore the voicemail.
On August 31st, I received yet another voicemail, this time offering a larger unit, 10x18, even though I had clearly stated I was only interested in the smallest unit available. I’m just one older man in a one-bedroom apartment—I don’t need a space big enough to park a car. Initially, I ignored the voicemail again, but I figured the calls would keep coming, so I called back. There was no answer, just a machine asking for my name, number, and message. I left a brief 15-second message asking them to stop calling before the machine cut me off and hung up.
I called the main number again, and they addressed me by name, even though I hadn’t provided it (thanks to caller ID, I assume). I began explaining that I wanted the calls to stop, but the rep quickly interrupted and asked me to hold while he contacted the downtown location to inform them. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I eventually hung up.
Not long after leaving a voicemail and calling the main number to say I didn’t want any more calls from them, I received yet another email from the downtown office, this time offering a 10x18 unit for $333/month, plus $15 for insurance and tax. Sentinel Storage has a monopoly on storage facilities in Red Deer, so why are you charging such high prices, especially when you're clearly desperate to rent out units? I looked into your competitors and found the size I wanted for half the price of the $225+/month you initially quoted me for a unit that was too big anyway.
I might have considered renting from you, but now I’ll go out of my way not to. When someone calls asking for a quote, that’s usually all they’re looking for—they’re not trying to become your new best friend.
All I need is a 5x5 which you did not have any available - maybe you should given the number of single people in Red Deer being forced out of their apartments by insane rental hikes these days. After all of these calls and emails though I don't really want to rent a unit from you at all, not that you have what I need anyways. Perhaps you should lower your prices if you feel you have to hard sell a steel box to someone who isn't even planning to move for nearly 2 months.

Great place for storage! Staff are very kind, also funny. (I cannot remember their names even though they told me a few times, sorry gals!)
Referred my dad to the storage facility as he needed to transfer some items & it was a simple process as well. 😊

I was late 2 months on payments and though I was that late and they could have taken my belongings they decided to help me to get my stuff back which was giving me an offer that could not be refused I mean I owed over 1100 and only had to pay 100 and got everything back.
Now with that being said I can no longer use there services BUT that was to be expected, regardless of that they were there for me rather than against me. Thank you so much Centinal Storage as you guys are by far the best.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. It was my first time using a storage unit, and they explained everything very well and thoroughly to me. A very well kept, clean facility. Honestly, I can't emphasize enough how professional and friendly the staff are!
My experience was great the staff was on the ball and very helpful. Never worried about my stuff. I new it was very safe.

I was in desperate need of a second storage unit. I was moving and extremely stressed. Jen at the main office in Red Deer helped me out and got me a second one and took a huge weight off my shoulders. She was so sweet and kind and told me it would all work out... and she was right. It did!! So thank you to the whole staff for really great service. Definitely will use you again in the future
Jen was amazing, very patient, friendly, accommodating and by far the best customer service I’ve experienced. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again if needed in the future. Thanks again Jen.. you’re a gem.
My husband Alex found the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The indoor units are heated and comfortable. This was our first ever use of a storage unit. Thank you for wonderful experience
Jen was so fantastic to deal with! She made everything easy and was very kind on the phone. When I called 6 months later to let her know we had moved out she remembered me. She is definitely an asset to your team!
Mouse droppings in storage unit. I am a long time loyal customer. Several years ago, I rented an outdoor unit and in recent years I rented an indoor unit. I chose storage to protect my items from the elements and bugs. I also chose indoor storage for further dust and debris protection. Mice came into my unit and left a host of droppings. I'm storing valuable fabric and wood furniture, canvas paintings, electronics, family belongings, cosmetic brushes and no longer in print books, comic books and magazines. The mice have left remnants on shelving, boxes and the floor so I have no guarantee of how long they've been there or how they've affected the health and sanitation of my valuables.
