Excellent customer service, went above and beyond to ensure drop offs and pick ups works with our timings. Excellent pricing. Will definitely use them again if we need to move!

I would like to say that everyone I had the opportunity to speak with were extremely, friendly, kind and courteous. My container was delivered with no problems whatsoever. All things and contain er were and good older.

my dad is retired and moving, but these guys didn’t work out and he needed a refund. they accept e-transfers, but only give refunds via cheque. at first he was told it would take 10-14 days to get to him. after 14 days had gone by they were telling him they just needed someone to sign the cheque. a business being slow is frustrating, but being dishonest, is unacceptable in my opinion. there were a few more of those phone calls, but after they asked my dad to go digging through our neighbors mailboxes to find it, i asked him not to deal with them anymore. in our experience they were very dishonest and unprofessional. it’s been a month, no refund. there are many other companies that do the same thing for cheaper, and they’re professionals.

I called several other container companies in the Edmonton area but Cubeit was the best price. They had a free delivery promo on at the time and were very easy to deal with booking of the phone. The drop off was quick and placed exactly where we wanted it. I couldn't be happier. With definitely use again!

My experience with Cubeit Portable Storage has been handled with top notch professionalism. From booking, to receiving and invoicing process. Not often I give a ten but this company has earned this rating.

Excellent service from beginning to end. After moving across country, my life took on a further abrupt life change, and my stuff was in container over 6 years (yes, I’m well aware!!!). While in Cubeit yard, container was broken into not once, but twice in that time. Nothing taken, and a small compensation (gas money for me to come and inspect theft or damage, if any) was given and was adequate with me. However, when it came time to deliver the container, they stated they will not deliver west of London, ON, which is where my move was to when I hired them, at which time (initially) they said they would complete the move once I gave them my new address (Leamington); I had even been given a quoted price!!! Instead, I had to hire a moving company to transfer my stuff from the container to Leamington. Movers charged me, and rightly so, for the time they had to wait after arriving at the Cubeit yard before they could gain access (1 moving van and 4 employees wages sitting around). My biggest beef about Cubeit were the number of frequent incremental monthly rental increases during my time with them; it started at $246.69 per month (inc insurance and taxes), and went to $368.50 which for a non-moving 16’ container is a HUGE monthly rental. However, it came to a happy ending! During all this time, the customer service was always polite and obliging, and Cubeit made good by surprising me with an over-the-top amount in a Digital Costco Shop Card, which I didn’t believe until I used it the first time. In hindsight, half of my aggravation was with my own life circumstances and Cubeit was always both professional and personable throughout. Yes, I would use Cubeit again for a major move! Highly recommend.

Has been nothing but problems since I got the cube…
Was charged just under $500 for the unit when it was dropped off to my house.
Then charged another $180 for delivery fees, to spruce grove to store it..
I ordered the cube from a south Edmonton location and wanted it stored in a south Edmonton location..
instead they took my cube all the way to spruce grove and charged me per KM to spruce 🙄
Then when I tried accessing my cube. I was told I could not because I owed them another $180
Because the driver showed up and I wasn’t ready… meanwhile this was 2 hours before the expected pick up time I was told. and I had not received the text message stating my driver was on the way. That text showed up an hour after they had already left..

When I tried to access my cube it was a nightmare. I called on a Monday asking for access for Thursday & Friday. I was told they would have it down those days. But did not. Everyday after that. I would call and find out that they pushed the accrued back another day another day another day. I didnt actually gain access tellthe following Wednesday.

Once I seen my bin. I was disgusted in the way everything was thrown around. It almost appeared that it was dropped on its side. Because things that were placed in the very back were now all on top of my new 75

Container was easy to rent and organize dates for delivery. Container was clean and placed perfectly by the driver. Pick up was easy to schedule and there were no hassles along the way. Would use again if needed.

The delivery driver managed to place the Cubeit in an RV spot next to my garage making loading a lot easier the expected. My stuff is secure and safe making my garage repair a lot easier
The low profile floor makes it easy to load and unload. Not having to move all my tools to a storage place made a lot of sense to me. The office staff are friendly, very caring and informative.

So far so good. A friend recommended cubeit and they have been very good. They keep me informed and up to date on my payments and the moving of the container. I would recommend them.

We simply requested a quote and details of the dates, cost and services we were going to need. The response was detailed and met the needs that our move required. The move was a very pleasant and smooth moving experience thanks to the professional staff and driver. Scheduling all the pickup and delivery instructions was easy to coordinate. Just make sure you have room on the street for the large format vehicle that drops the storage/moving unit as they need ample area to maneuver.

Highly recommend. The price is better than anywhere out there. The staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful. 10/10 experience

I tried calling another place first and did not get good service or pricing. I was referred by a friend to Cubeit and the experience was phenomenal! They answered the phone right away and were extremely friendly. The price could not be beat and the service was perfect. Thanks again and I will always use Cubeit!

Do not go with them. I have had my pod for less then 10 months and since getting it I’ve just gotten my THIRD price increase and I am now paying 50$ a month more then I was 10 months ago. That is beyond ridiculous. When I tried to talk to customer service and ask why I’m getting my third price increase in less then a year they informed me it’s there right to increase it as many times as they’d like in any given time. Go somewhere else. Complete rip off.

Awesome company. Highly recommend this company for your storage needs. Very friendly, informative and knowledgeable on all aspects of the job. Answered all our questions in a professional manner even when we had a minor issue was solved while chatting with the representative.

Customer service has been amazing... I have had to cancel and rebook so many times because of certain issues with timing and coordinating but they have been so understanding and considerate and not at all annoyed by me! Thank you so much for your amazing service. I would highly highly recommend just based off their customer service.

edited to 1 star failed to tell me that they couldn't deliver to final address without street parking permit. They suggested my best option was hiring a Uhaul and unload at their yard west of Edmonton. Due to the failure to communicate with me unable to get said permit with such short notice. Waste of time and money. DO NOT USE

I called in yesterday inquiring about past recipient and storage information. The lady was super helpful. This my second time doing long distance move with cubeit. Your staff are amazing, they're always polite and extra helpful. I'll definitely recommend more clients to your business.

Very easy company to deal with. Pick up and drop off was simple, my stuff was exactly as I loaded it when we opened the container. No damage. Would recommend to anyone!

After using your major competitor on a previous occasion, and being thoroughly disgusted with many aspects of their service; it was a wonderful surprise to be met with such FANTASTIC SERVICE in my dealings with Cubeit! I was truly stunned by the willingness of this company to do all that it could to seek my approval. The driver who delivered and picked up my unit was, quite frankly, amazing! In the 3 separate encounters I’ve had with him (I have hired 2 units for use and some ‘juggling’ had to be done… not only was he ‘willing’ to go the extra mile; but he insisted on doing everything I’d asked wirh a smile and an encouraging attitude! He deserves a raise!!
My situation has been very challenging due to a contentious separation scenario. The driver took the time to ensure that all was just as I needed it to be; even in my requests to place it in ‘just the perfect position’ at my location. My gratitude for his conscientious and patience demeanour was very helpful in a stressful time!! Thanks Folks!!! I will be recommending your services as ofter as I can!

The Cubeit was easy to book and the price was excellent. I received a call before it was delivered to confirm placement and time. Interior was clean and the purchased lock worked well. I would use them again.
