We purchased a gas range on October 6th and Bad boy was happy to take my money by October 7th.
We were told Delivery mid October.
After waiting till the 15th and not hearing anything from bad boy we started calling and had the upmost difficulty trying to get a hold of someone. This went on for days. Once we spoke to someone we were told 6-8 more weeks. This was on October 23!!! We don’t have a stove and told we now have to wait 2 months. Customer service was able to give us a model that had less options and a smaller cu ft range for the same cost... at this point I felt like I was being kicked when we were most vulnerable. After I turned down this offer I was being told we could get you a better model at a cost of another $150
Up selling customers that you are screwing over is a disgusting tactic.
I asked for my money back and I’m now told that will take up to 3 days.
What kind of company does this to it’s customers?

After 3 years of light use by two adults, the set had cracked and peeled badly. After the misrepresentations by the sales clerk, 3 years prior, I lodged a complaint with the warranty program and the head office. This was a waste of time. No one would offer any compensation. I strongly considered filing a statement of claim in Small Claims Court against Lastman's Bad Boy, but did not follow through as I am busy and did not want to throw more time and money at this cause. Fortunately, I met Mr. George Salter, the manager of the Burlington store. During my complaint process, he asked me to visit the store and stated he would make the situation satisfactory to me on the purchase of a new set. We stopped in to meet George and walked away feeling that he was indeed sympathetic to our situation and would assist us where he could. Last week, some 4 months after first meeting George, we returned to see him and successfully purchased a new sofa set in fabric material. On the experience and advise of George and salesman Patrick Nicastro, we chose a good set. These 2 gentlemen were very professional, restored my faith in the retail industry and I was able to negotiate a final price that was reasonable and satisfactory to us. Rano and Alfred Annis
I suggest never buy anything from this Lastmen's Bad boy store in Burlington Their service is ridiculous.
The following day, I sent an email to confirm the VIP invite and was responded to by their Manager, Carlos (did this guy linger around a computer all day long I wondered)? He showed some interest initially (I wondered if this Guy was just greedy, intercepting Salesman's Sales), but after some misinformation surrounding Electrolux, I was soon sluffed off by this useless Manager after many back and forth emails.
Carlos intervened for whatever reason and couldn't give me a price or straight forward answer or provide me with a date and time to come in and seal a deal on the Frigidaire Pro Series, even after I stated that I was available the following week. I tried to be my own Salesman and the guy didn't give me any options. I even advised him that there was a hungry Salesman from CAS working hard to earn my business. Do you think he cared? This guy couldn't seal a deal if his life depended on it! That's just how useless this Individual is. He should be fired, crated and shipped off to a far away place. There's a reason there are platforms like Google Reviews, Carlos! To roast guys like you. What exactly do you do for a living?
Finally, I was fed up and advised Carlos, through email, that I would like to deal with the Salesman I had spoken to initially and that we were done. He advised me that he would have him call me today at 9am. It is now 135pm and no call. I question if this greedy Manager even contacted him to let him know, but probably not as I received only 1 call from David (the day before) who seemed to be more bothered about the fact that he had been accused of trying to sell me Electrolux Appliances that hadn't been sold at Bad Boy for 3 years. No mention of anything else! This store is a complete joke.
Well, I'm now off to seal the deal with "Canadian Appliance Source" as they have just outsourced Bad Boy! Way to go, Carlos! A job well done! Let's hope one of your Bosses sees this and you are demoted because never in my life have I ever dealt with anyone more useless in all my life! The emails don't lie and yes, they are available upon request!
DON'T DEAL WITH THESE CLOWNS. MY ADVICE? GO TO "CANADIAN APPLIANCE SOURCE." They work hard to earn your money and they WILL beat any and ALL prices.
I purchased mattresses at the Finch location in 2015. The first time they came they were damaged. The second time they came they were too high. The sales person did not ask which height we wanted and we did not know they came in different heights. When I called the sales personal who sold me the mattress, he did not bother returning my call. HE GOT THE MONEY so why bother himself.
I had to go to this location 3 times. When I went the third time I met a different sales person who offer me the same set for a much lower price. I contact the store manager, who told me he would not give me back the difference because, as he said "I CAN DO WHAT EVER I WANT"
When I explained the mattress were too high he charged me a re stocking fee and a delivery fee again.
I told him that is not the way to serve customers and he should think about customer service he said " I DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I DO AS I WANT"
Needless to say I was appalled by this so I tried to contact head office, who did not ever return any of my calls till I posted a bad review.
To date the resolution is still not favourable. They offered my a store credit for future purchase, but there is nothing to purchase, so the only way to use it is to give Bad Boy more of my money. Who needs all the stress.
They are unprofessional, rude and untrustworthy.

This is my story. I went to the Brampton Bad boy store and made a purchase. A week later I went there to pick it up and when I tried to assemble it was not fitting in. I took it back to the store and the main technical guy could not even assemble it. The problem was with the design itself. Then I decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund which they refused. At last after a big fight they offered me a store credit which according to them was as a big favour.
My observation is this. They are trained to be mean once they have the money in their hand. Nothing else to say. Don’t buy anything if you think you may need to return it or may break down soon.
Whey even bother to go there when there are many good stores available out there.
Secondly, now this sugar coated warranted does not cover my furniture, now that it is falling apart, which by the way is getting worst day by day. I would not recommend anyone buying warranty because in my experience it did not cover anything, plus all the run around since april, we are in July now. Additionally sofa should not rip and have fabric coming off ever, this is sign of cheap material and bad quality furniture.
So I was sold crap furniture, overly charged for junk , and on top pushed on warranty, followed by run around.

We scheduled them to be delivered to our new (empty) house the day before our move. Was to be around 1PM so we waited patiently on the doorstep for them to arrive. Called the store to find out why they were late only to find out it would be around 3PM. Waited and waited and called again. Neither sales reps were on duty and no one was helpful. This is a long dragged out story but it was after 9:30 before they were all in our home.
Follow up and communications were dismal to say the least and they did not seem to give a crap about our inconvenience. Carlos made an effort but most were missing in action. The last item, a $770 microwave was 3 weeks late and no one followed up until I told the Home Depot could deliver next day so why couldn't they?
Service from the sales staff, reception, up to the store manager was pathetic and we will never set foot in the store again.
I would absolutely recommend buying from Bad Boy. I researched a lot of places to buy appliances and they have the lowest prices and offer free quick shipping - Sears projected 4 weeks for delivery.
