I wish I could give a 0 but unfortunately that’s not an option.
We purchased a gas range on October 6th and Bad boy was happy to take my money by October 7th.
We were told Delivery mid October.
After waiting till the 15th and not hearing anything from bad boy we started calling and had the upmost difficulty trying to get a hold of someone. This went on for days. Once we spoke to someone we were told 6-8 more weeks. This was on October 23!!! We don’t have a stove and told we now have to wait 2 months. Customer service was able to give us a model that had less options and a smaller cu ft range for the same cost... at this point I felt like I was being kicked when we were most vulnerable. After I turned down this offer I was being told we could get you a better model at a cost of another $150
Up selling customers that you are screwing over is a disgusting tactic.
I asked for my money back and I’m now told that will take up to 3 days.
What kind of company does this to it’s customers?

The worst company!!! I received a bed set on june 15 when I assembled it I found a broken drawer handle I've left 6 msgs 2 emails and still no reply from them on a replacement.I will never shop there again and I dont recomend anyone shop there.Take the time and spend the extra money and go somewhere else as I will in the future!!!!!!

A bed set was delivered to us in June after assembling the furniture the one handle for the dresser was broken. We have contacted the office more the 5 times and we arent getting anywhere..its a constant run around and no one there is getting back to us. A 1600 bed set bought straight out and they cant replace our handle...this company is bullshit

One of the worst furniture store in Canada. Their customer service is terrible. Ordered a sofa On May 1st, 2020 and got it delivered on July7th. Even though they charged my credit card right away. Anyhow, ahe sofa arrived with a hole on the side. It is basically a damaged product. Called the customer service and were on hold for half an hour with no solution. I will recommend people out there to look for an alternative furniture store so that you do not need to go through this kind of hassles.

Due to moving we lost all the bolt and screws for our bedroom set which we bought at Bad Boy Ancaster almost 3 years go. I walked in to the store and ask for possible replacement. Dave from the warehouse was extremely helpful.

Terrible customer service (the clerk on the phone in their Toronto office sounded like she had just woken up), it took over 2 weeks to deliver a fridge, careless delivery (all the packaging was left in my driveway for me to deal with). Will never buy from Bad Boy again and would not recommend it to anyone. Deals they offer may be appealing but there’s a catch.

I will never buy from here again. Ordered a sectional sofa with left hand facing chaise. They sent me a right. I ordered in August and came at the end of September. After my complaint They told me they were waiting on the fabric to build the correct sectional. It arrived in November and was a completely different couch. I'm currently still waiting for the one I ordered if I ever receive it. Worst experience buying furniture ever. I can't believe their still in business

Bonded Leather Sofa Set
After 3 years of light use by two adults, the set had cracked and peeled badly. After the misrepresentations by the sales clerk, 3 years prior, I lodged a complaint with the warranty program and the head office. This was a waste of time. No one would offer any compensation. I strongly considered filing a statement of claim in Small Claims Court against Lastman's Bad Boy, but did not follow through as I am busy and did not want to throw more time and money at this cause. Fortunately, I met Mr. George Salter, the manager of the Burlington store. During my complaint process, he asked me to visit the store and stated he would make the situation satisfactory to me on the purchase of a new set. We stopped in to meet George and walked away feeling that he was indeed sympathetic to our situation and would assist us where he could. Last week, some 4 months after first meeting George, we returned to see him and successfully purchased a new sofa set in fabric material. On the experience and advise of George and salesman Patrick Nicastro, we chose a good set. These 2 gentlemen were very professional, restored my faith in the retail industry and I was able to negotiate a final price that was reasonable and satisfactory to us. Rano and Alfred Annis

I bought a Coffe table. It was missing parts and have some other issues as well. I talked with customer service about that. They didn't give me the satisfied answer and said talk with their service dept. They don't know how to deal with the customer at all.
I suggest never buy anything from this Lastmen's Bad boy store in Burlington Their service is ridiculous.

I walked into this store advising David that I was involved in a large renovation within my home that required a complete set of new Kitchen appliances. It started off on a good note in person and then I left the store after being invited to their VIP Sale.

The following day, I sent an email to confirm the VIP invite and was responded to by their Manager, Carlos (did this guy linger around a computer all day long I wondered)? He showed some interest initially (I wondered if this Guy was just greedy, intercepting Salesman's Sales), but after some misinformation surrounding Electrolux, I was soon sluffed off by this useless Manager after many back and forth emails.

Carlos intervened for whatever reason and couldn't give me a price or straight forward answer or provide me with a date and time to come in and seal a deal on the Frigidaire Pro Series, even after I stated that I was available the following week. I tried to be my own Salesman and the guy didn't give me any options. I even advised him that there was a hungry Salesman from CAS working hard to earn my business. Do you think he cared? This guy couldn't seal a deal if his life depended on it! That's just how useless this Individual is. He should be fired, crated and shipped off to a far away place. There's a reason there are platforms like Google Reviews, Carlos! To roast guys like you. What exactly do you do for a living?

Finally, I was fed up and advised Carlos, through email, that I would like to deal with the Salesman I had spoken to initially and that we were done. He advised me that he would have him call me today at 9am. It is now 135pm and no call. I question if this greedy Manager even contacted him to let him know, but probably not as I received only 1 call from David (the day before) who seemed to be more bothered about the fact that he had been accused of trying to sell me Electrolux Appliances that hadn't been sold at Bad Boy for 3 years. No mention of anything else! This store is a complete joke.

Well, I'm now off to seal the deal with "Canadian Appliance Source" as they have just outsourced Bad Boy! Way to go, Carlos! A job well done! Let's hope one of your Bosses sees this and you are demoted because never in my life have I ever dealt with anyone more useless in all my life! The emails don't lie and yes, they are available upon request!

DON'T DEAL WITH THESE CLOWNS. MY ADVICE? GO TO "CANADIAN APPLIANCE SOURCE." They work hard to earn your money and they WILL beat any and ALL prices.

BAD BOY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST !!!!
I purchased mattresses at the Finch location in 2015. The first time they came they were damaged. The second time they came they were too high. The sales person did not ask which height we wanted and we did not know they came in different heights. When I called the sales personal who sold me the mattress, he did not bother returning my call. HE GOT THE MONEY so why bother himself.
I had to go to this location 3 times. When I went the third time I met a different sales person who offer me the same set for a much lower price. I contact the store manager, who told me he would not give me back the difference because, as he said "I CAN DO WHAT EVER I WANT"
When I explained the mattress were too high he charged me a re stocking fee and a delivery fee again.
I told him that is not the way to serve customers and he should think about customer service he said " I DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I DO AS I WANT"
Needless to say I was appalled by this so I tried to contact head office, who did not ever return any of my calls till I posted a bad review.
To date the resolution is still not favourable. They offered my a store credit for future purchase, but there is nothing to purchase, so the only way to use it is to give Bad Boy more of my money. Who needs all the stress.
They are unprofessional, rude and untrustworthy.
Think twice about your money before giving it to BAD BOY

Don’t even go to a Bad Boy store. They will do anything to grab your money.
This is my story. I went to the Brampton Bad boy store and made a purchase. A week later I went there to pick it up and when I tried to assemble it was not fitting in. I took it back to the store and the main technical guy could not even assemble it. The problem was with the design itself. Then I decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund which they refused. At last after a big fight they offered me a store credit which according to them was as a big favour.
My observation is this. They are trained to be mean once they have the money in their hand. Nothing else to say. Don’t buy anything if you think you may need to return it or may break down soon.
Whey even bother to go there when there are many good stores available out there.

I bought sofa and love seat for $1300, and warranty was sugar coated to me, and now off course as usually though Bay boy is the one who sold the warranty, they are not the one who service it, so they can not do anything about it. Who I bought the sofa from? Bad boy..Where was I standing when I made the purchase... bad boy..so why do I give a damn who service it. To me there was two party involved when , me as buyer, and Bad boy as business, no 3rd party and that is end of it.

Secondly, now this sugar coated warranted does not cover my furniture, now that it is falling apart, which by the way is getting worst day by day. I would not recommend anyone buying warranty because in my experience it did not cover anything, plus all the run around since april, we are in July now. Additionally sofa should not rip and have fabric coming off ever, this is sign of cheap material and bad quality furniture.
So I was sold crap furniture, overly charged for junk , and on top pushed on warranty, followed by run around.

I went there bought 7 pieces of Appliances andthe garantee for 6 years.then birand new dishwasher not working. I call me manufacture to send some to fix it. I sitting there 2 weeks nobody come. I called bad boy asking them to take back their dishwasher they refused and do not take it back and pass me to the manufacture. I just paid for brand new Not working diswasher . Does any body know how to make them take this piece of shi... Back? Thanks

Purchased a sofa and love seat 2 years ago, was supposed to be bonded leather, is vinyl, and cheap vinyl at that. Spent the extra $200 for the extended warranty, we have had 4 warranty repairs already, every one one of the repairs have taken an average of 3 months from start to finish, with multiple technicians coming to inspect the damage, take photos and then do nothing, right now we are in the midst of repair number 4, which I have been fighting about since October 2015, they finally picked up both pieces December 14, promising me that we'd have them back in 5-10 business days. It is now January 25, and still have not received them!! No one returns calls, the warranty department is a joke, as I write this I have been on hold for 27 minutes!! I have left messages for managers and supervisors and no one has responded. I am now taking to social media to see if that may help....telling everyone I know not to buy from Bad Boy...sharing my story. Meanwhile our family of 5 fights over the 2 chairs and 1 beanbag that we have our living room.

Customer service e is dead. Well at least at Bad Boy. Their policy's on returns and repairs and delivery should be explained before the purchase. Did you know that they don't mind scheduling delivery upto and including 10:30 P.M. yes that's correct 10:30P.M. what time of day is that ? Idiots. I wouldn't by my dog house from these crooks

While I believe we got a pretty good price for our 6 appliances, the delivery left a lot to be desired.
We scheduled them to be delivered to our new (empty) house the day before our move. Was to be around 1PM so we waited patiently on the doorstep for them to arrive. Called the store to find out why they were late only to find out it would be around 3PM. Waited and waited and called again. Neither sales reps were on duty and no one was helpful. This is a long dragged out story but it was after 9:30 before they were all in our home.
Follow up and communications were dismal to say the least and they did not seem to give a crap about our inconvenience. Carlos made an effort but most were missing in action. The last item, a $770 microwave was 3 weeks late and no one followed up until I told the Home Depot could deliver next day so why couldn't they?
Service from the sales staff, reception, up to the store manager was pathetic and we will never set foot in the store again.

Hi my wife and I just bought our first house and our first washer and dryer. We bought it a month before we were moving and was told a set was already saved for us. When the day came for it to be delivered I called to confirm but was told they had no wash or dryer left. (Can't remember which one) So I asked them since you don't have that one in stock will be get a set of the same or greater value to replace it. I was told they didn't have any in stock, completely out of any washer/dryer. They finally delivered it but late after we had to drive to the store to complain. The machine starts eating our clothes then starts to flood the basement so we call because we have the "SOLID GOLD" plan in place. The tech comes fixes the issue which was the torn clothes jamming up the machine clogging it. Fast forward the machine is still eating clothes and is now flooding again. I call for service and I'm told we owe $113 dollars for a service bill from our previous service. I"m told that the "sock" clogging up the machine isn't covered and until I pay the fee I'll get no service. I asked to speak to a manager but was told I had to pay the bill, said the tech didn't write anything about torn clothes so it's not covered. The tech didn't write down that the machine had tears in the gasket. Now I have to pay a bill that I shouldn't have to get the "SOLID GOLD" treatment. I'll never buy from Bad Boys again and NOBODY BEATS YOUR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR YOUR B.S" SOLID GOLD" PROTECTION PLAN. I wouldn't have even given a star but it wouldn't let me continue without giving them something. Bad Boy keeps telling me they are going to fix this situation and daily the message me on facebook telling me a manager will be in contact to fix the situation.Now they send me another copy of the bill I owe for the covered service but this time it reads a different reason why my service call wasn't covered under the Solid Gold protection plan.

I recently purchased a fridge online from Bad Boy. I was contacted the next day by Marvie, who was very helpful and friendly, and I received my fridge 1 day later. The service was awesome and I love my new fridge.

I would absolutely recommend buying from Bad Boy. I researched a lot of places to buy appliances and they have the lowest prices and offer free quick shipping - Sears projected 4 weeks for delivery.

We were desperate for a new dryer as it suddenly quit and we had company this week and next! Other stores could not deliver quick enough. By accident, we drove into this plaza and thought we would try Bad Boy. Thank goodness! They had a fantastic deal on a washer & dryer and could deliver within 1 day! The salesman, Tony, was excellent with great knowledge of their products. We almost bought a new sofa too but decided to wait! Thank you Bad Boy for coming to our rescue!

I am a big researcher of products before I buy them. We needed a fridge, stove and dishwasher. Bad Boy had a nice selection and we chose a Maytag trio. Salesman Donald was extremely helpful and gave us excellent service and pricing. We also happened to go there on VIP day which was an extra percentage off. We weren't looking for furniture but we saw a few sofa sets we would like to get as our next big purchase. We'll be back!!
