Cubeit Portable Storage - Toronto

So far so good. Just had it dropped at my home exactly where we discussed on my reservation. Container was clean. So I'm happy So far. See how the pick from my hom to my new home goes. Im sure it will be just as successful as the drop off. Customer service has been great with great communication. The whole process has been perfect. Highly recommend

This company has an excellent idea for moving. Just pack your belongings, move, then unpack at the new site at your leisure. I would highly recommend them. Their system for moving your cube is actually much smoother than a moving van. If your house is large I would recommend two cubes.
We had a small issue, but it was swiftly and professionally taken care of by Shannon. Great company.

The driver put the cubeit exactly where I wanted it. Nice Wide Doors very clean inside. Good strong rings on the walls to tie things too. The only downfall was that I was lower on the list for deliveries so it didn't arrive till after 2:30 in the afternoon so I lost half a day of packing but that couldn't be helped cuz they can't deliver all the cubeits at the same time

Great service at each stage - ordering and on site delivery. Bonus was an added benefit as a Costco member. This fit my needs really well for added storage during my renovation. Devon took the time to place the Cubeit just as we needed and made sure we were happy before leaving.

Great friendly experience at a busy time in life. The team that brought and picked up the cube were friendly and helpful! The process for payment and communications were easy.. and accurate. Would 100% recommend this service for any temporary storage needs!

Big shout out to the driver that delivered our Cubeit! She only had a few inches to spare but she place it exactly where I needed it. :-) The unit is clean and exactly what i ordered. Customer service was great. Happily recommend.

From first phonecall, to yesterday’s delivery, my experience with Cubeit has been FANTASTIC. Ian dropped it yesterday, and parked it perfectly — it could not be better placed, allowing maximum walking space on one side so we can access the back yard, and as far back as possible so both our cars still fit in the drive. I am so thankful I chose Cubeit to handle my move!
Updated after our move was complete: our experience with delivery, then pickup, at the new location was absolutely perfect. At every step — from Akash on the phone who helped me rearrange my dates several times, to the Oshawa-area driver who placed the full cube perfectly, and picked it up efficiently, to Mark who called each time a movement was upcoming — I TOTALLY recommend Cubeit!

This is a reliable, communicative and professional company. We started in March (six months early) reserving a Cube in anticipation of a busy fall moving period. The representative (our initial contact via telephone) was extremely informative and knowledgeable, explaining the entire process with regard to timelines, Cube size and expense.
After this first phone call, Dierdre and Aleksandra handled the subsequent reservation and preparation details, communicating very effectively by email. Ongoing questions were answered promptly and at no time were we without assistance.
An estimated time of arrival text was received on the day of Cube delivery and on the day of pickup. The two drivers (one to deliver and one to pick up) were patient, communicative and knowledgeable, and were very experienced parking the removal truck and operating the hydraulics that painstakingly install and remove the Cube.
We also received a phone call regarding our impending delivery of the Cube, two days prior, and another phone call, two days before the scheduled removal of the Cube.
The Cube itself was a new one, so it was spotless.
Our moving company crew had no issues professionally loading the Cube, which had been expertly parked in a shared driveway. Removal was done easily as well, by an experienced driver.
We highly recommend CubeIt, a Canadian company.

I was so impressed with the professionalism of the team at Cube it. They were not only punctual and efficient but also had a great attitude throughout the entire booking, delivering /picking up the moving cube. They went above and beyond to make my move was smooth and hassle free. Their attention to detail such as ideal cube placement on our driveway multiple updates regarding truck movement and confirmation of pick up/ drop off was great. I'm so glad I chose them for my move, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great moving experience!

Moving with CubeIt was an excellent decision! Process of booking was very simple. We loved the convenience of packing at our own pace and not having to live among piles of boxes. The containers were placed, picked up, moved and dropped with ease. Our items moved seamlessly, the internal structure allows for attachment of straps/bungees to secure furniture. Once unpacked, Customer Service was able to fit us in the schedule at an earlier time which was greatly appreciated. The Costco shop card is a great added bonus!

The Cube is kept level for loading & unloading vs tilting so your stuff is less likely to shift.
One of the few companies to do this.

This is another drop off by the other Ian he was amazing new exactly what he was doing. So I had.both Ian's at different times to drop cubeits and Ian picked up the first one and he dropped off the second one. So I highly recommend the Cubeit especially if you can't get in your new place right away.
The first picture is my first Cubeit and they were taking it away to be stored. Awesome job Ian.

Placing the order for a cube was a breeze and the delivery was even better. The person that delivered the cube (Ian?) was fantastic. He was patient, careful with placement and overall a great advisor. The fact that the cube itself is lowered and raised without tilting is great. Now we load!

The experience is awesome they text to say they were coming. And Ian that dropped the Cubeit off was amazing he talked to me about the Cubeit showed me how to open the door and close it. This is my first time using Cubeit and I am impressed, so far.

I'd never heard of this concept before and think it's a brilliant idea.
We're using it for moving purposes- we have 4 weeks to get the Cubeit packed, transferred to new residence and then have time to unpack at our leisure,
The whole experience so far has been very positive. The phone booking was easy with the process very clearly explained. The driver arrived yesterday within the allocated time-they text on the day of to give a time frame for initial drop off. He was very helpful and patient with the positioning of the unit. So far so good. I am impressed.
After posting this I find out this is a Canadian company-yay!! Another positive!

The person I spoke was super helpful. She explained everything really well. Also your pricing matched your website.
FYI -The quote from Go Mini, who I called first, was not the same as the verbal quote I got the day from them or even their ad on the website. This is good for your company. I advised the other company that I felt uncomfortable dealing with them with all the variable /inconsistent pricing and called CUBEIT. Good Work !

Using Cubeit during my move was such a great decision. Their pick-up and drop-off drivers came on time, were professional and courteous. Then my belongings went to some storage unit and were delivered back to my new address a few weeks later - just like that. It looks like the items didn't even budge during the transportation. I will 100% recommend (Canada-owned) Cubeit, to anyone in need.

Awesome! It is so much easier to take your time packing and unpacking when moving. The storage cubes are at ground level and are easier to load than a truck. They are impeccably clean inside. The drivers are prompt and the tea gives text updates so you know exactly when they are coming. The whole process was very easy and I would use them again.

Cubeit was an excellent choice for our move. We had the luxury of some time to pack things up but a few months between our move-out and move-in. Having the cube allowed us to easily meet these two needs. Cubeit was AWESOME! Every request that I had (which were really around time of day for delivery for the cube) they were able to handle. I was kept advised of all details by text and email. My kind of company!

Customer service was wonderful. I had to reschedule drop off and pick up twice and it was done quickly, easily and by a friendly service representative each time. I wish I had used the service the other times I’ve had to move. I didn’t have to worry about who was going to drive the truck for me or about how much time I needed to load a truck. We took our time and loaded the cube at our leisure.

First time dealing with a moving unit like this instead of U-Haul and honestly I don’t see my self doing any other option from now on. The customer service representatives were outstanding. From calling for info, booking to the delivery its self was easy and enjoyable. The unit looks great, the delivery guy was very helpful, nice and friendly. Great experience
