Please note that the receptionist at this location is amazing, friendly, happy and very easy going. Along with the 3 tow truck drivers I spoke too and dealt with. Patrick has been wonderful thorough this whole thing! Now on the other hand, the manager Serge should be ashamed and embarrassed of himself too even think or consider he would get away with this! He should run like a dog with its tail between its legs!'
This has been my 2nd time at this body shop in a year and the manager Serge is such a ignorant/sly/shady/rude/dishonest person too the paying customer and the insurance company. What i mean by this is he was charging the insurance for work suppose too be done and not completed. He is the worst business manager ever and this is not the business for him too be in if he can not do the job properly or check too make sure the work is done right before you call the customer back! Serge does not deserve too even have a job here after what he did too me! You can cut the tension with a knife when Serge comes around and when he is not around it is a happy/enjoyable environment. Serge can not accept constructive criticism when he is wrong! I dread the fact of having too speak too Serge when picking up my car again after the insurance company called him and seeing him in person for his rudeness/ignorance! I really do not want him too contact me! Also when i walked into GTA and asked Serge what the stink was and i was told by serge i do not know and don't worry about it! The stink of weed in the shop area and coming out too the main entrance and was enough too make a person want too puke. Walked out of there with such a massive headache from the smell of weed, hard time breathing that i had too take my inhalers that i have not had too use in years and Serge of all people denying what was going on. Maybe the manager Serge needs too go back too customer service training in how too do his job right the first time and how too speak, deal with unsatisfied customers instead of ignorance, hiding in his office cowardly, not wanting too deal with the poor workmanship, not doing his due diligence too make sure my car was ready, and hiding by talking on the phone in his office and not dealing with the customer and ignoring than. Never come across a more cowardly person in my life. Lying too the customers face saying he was waiting on parts and his lying smirk on his face. Serge seriously forgot telling me in his office that, "Sorry we forgot about ur car, the car was buried in the back under the part, than we lost the part, had too reorder it and nobody knew what the part was or which car it was for. Than too lie too my face that his supplier does not have the chrome parts and will have too put black parts as a replacement. The parts are available at Summit Ford, Cruickshank Ford and Pine Tree Ford when i was at the parts department of each dealer asking and showing them parts from my photos! Note i was even taken too the same car as mine on Fords lot and showed the Ford Dealerships what parts were needed. So if i get black replacement parts there is going too be an issue with Serge lying too me that the chrome has been discontinued by his supplier. Also Serge tried too lie and pull a fast one on me by telling me that I am not entitled too my invoice due too the warranty on my car by saying, "oh by the way ur not entitled too the invoice cause we need too close out the file and than we will mail it too you cause that is the way we are running our business." After my call too the insurance company, I knew that Serge needed a shovel too shovel himself out of his bs! He had my car from Jan 26, 2017-March 24, 2017 for a vandalized vehicle. Than again from March 27, 2017-Present date. Called me too say the car was ready almost 2 mths later on March 24, 2017 and nothing but my smashed window was repaired! All the other damages too my glove box, the chrome on my emergency brake, console around the gear shift damaged, chrome cover was still damaged, my plastic panel by the gear shift and radio returned the same way where there was damage was the same on pick up, my seat was still showing damages and not replaced or fixed, all the smashed window pieces were plentiful in all my vents(almost broke my passenger vent opening it too turn on the heater, all the glass blowing out the vents too hit me. Than wanted me too drive the car until the parts come in, in such an unsafe manner, scratched up my bumper on the right side while in there centre and the car come back filthy dirty everywhere worse than when it went into too GTA collision. Not too mention the chrome door panel was left damaged also and when I complained about it is when he said the part was on back order but would not say anything otherwise! This has been far the worst ever experience i ever had with getting my car fixed!
Not too mention that back in April 2016 this same place had my car and lost my car mats in the back, car come back filthy dirtier than brought in, 50% of the work was incomplete and had too go back Serge!
Never been such stressful event in my life. Can't believe he would even try too pull a stunt like this. I might be a female but I am far from a stupid female that knows about cars!
Please avoid taking ur car too GTA Collision Centre so you don't get this happen too you! Just trying too put the word out there so that people do not get treat in the manner i got treated like at this place by Serge the manager! Along with fraudulent activity too my insurance company with thinking I would not catch on too Serge not doing his due diligence and neglect in his job too make sure my car was fixed and repaired properly! Nothing could make this a happy situation with what I been thorough and going thorough.
I honestly hope that the boss up over Serge sees this and severely disciplines Serge's actions. I also hope he loses his job for his actions too!

We had a collision in March and the local tow company towed our car to the GTA Collision Center. We really had no idea and preference, but the towing guy suggested to have a try. We know we made a good choice when we arrived in the Center. Peter, the boss, welcomed us and listened to us patiently and also provide coffee and tea to help us calm down. As our car is pretty new, they ordered the parts from original company and provided us the lifetime warranty. We really happy about their good service!

Had my car here in October for a minor hit. Local tow company towed my car here as i really had no preference. They fixed the damages from the collision in good time and kept me updated the whole way. Went back for something else and they helped me out. Looked like they were still setting up but had a nice entrance and waiting area.
