Repair Work
Thank you to the team at Lyons for restoring my vehicle after a minor accident, but special thanks to Cameron for making the whole experience pleasant and convenient. I was always greeted with professionalism and courtesy by Cameron who ensured my vehicle would be repaired with the utmost precision. My vehicle looks great and I will be pleased to return in the future when necessary. Thank you once again!

Great service and workmanship at Lyons Auto Body
Lyons has had my business in the past and will have it in the future. My first accident was back in 2012 my car needed lots of work and Cameron Hay was the contact at Lyons. From the time my car was taken to Lyons to the day all repairs were complete I was impressed with the customer service I was given. Cameron would update me on the progress of my car and how long each step would take so it was easy to accurately determine a finish date. Just recently my new car was hit and needed some repair. The first person I called was Cameron he was able to make time for me that day to come in and get a quote. Once again through the repair process Cameron was there to update me and car was finished in the time frame Cameron gave me. Also I have to say Lyons goes above and beyond by cleaning the inside and outside of the car when it is finished it was great to jump into such a clean car! I think people need to call Cameron at Lyons for big of small repairs you will not be disappointed.

The number Auto Body Service in Ontario
My Wife had a issue with her car door last week, and as a regular customer of Lyons I called them, my wife took the care and the team was very understanding with what had happen to the car door. Cameron said he would look into finding a part, even after the dealer said the part was no longer available. They got the part fixed the door detail and clean the car. You don't get service like this from every one. I would not hesitate to recommend Lyons to my friends for the service they give year after year to each customer.

Great Service and Friendly Management
I recently brought in my 2016 VW GTI MK7 to fix some minor damage to my rear left bumper. As this area involved the parking sensors it was a sensitive issue which required experience and attention to detail.

Cameron Hay was professional and true to his word. I'm sure this can't always be the case, but after the work was finished, the bill came in less than originally quoted.

I would recommend Lyons to a friend or colleague should they need service done for their vehicles and require someone they can trust.

Car looks great and I'm happy with the work!

Great Service at a Fraction of the cost
I had a dent in my car door, another place told me it would cost $890 to fix as my car was Pearl White and the paint needed to be re-touched as well as the dent being removed. Cameron at Lyons auto body told me the dent could be fixed without touching the paint and the cost was $150!!! Huge difference. He was able to do it same day and they even washed my car!! I was blown away. I was prepared to pay almost $1000 and Lyons did it for a fraction of the cost and time. Cameron and the rest of the staff at Lyons were great. I will definitely recommend them any chance I get and they will definitely be my #1 Auto Body place.

Amazing Service & Quality of Work
The service was great, I was able to bring my car in on short notice prior to going away and they had my car ready for me by the time I returned. The work they did was really good and the car looked brand new. They also detailed the car for me which was great. Would highly recommend them.

My Blue Jeep
Last month I was on my way to work and I was t-boned, my 6 month old Jeep was hit not a good way to start the day. My insurance suggested I bring my Jeep into Lyons for repair. Right from the beginning they did a great job. They walked me through every aspect of the repair, they took their time and did quality work never cutting any corners to get it out faster so they could move onto the next job. After the repairs were done I brought my Jeep back to the dealer and to my brother in law who is a mechanic. Both said the work was excellent and if I did not tell them it was in an accident they would not have known. Excellent work Lyon's if I'm in an accident again (really hope this does not happen)Lyons Auto Body is where my vehicle is going!!!

Great Service and Work Done
Had my VW involved in a hefty accident and Lyons fixed it within two weeks. Personally, it looks just as good (if not better) than before the accident. Very satisfied with the work done overall and Cameron was always available for any questions or concerns I had during the waiting process. He even gave me a tour of the body shop and went over the precise details of the work that had gone into fixing my car while breaking down down the invoice by visually showing me the work that was completed. He was great!

Very satisfied with the work and the service.

Positive experience
I recently had my car repaired at Lyons after an accident. Cameron and the rest of the staff were courteous and kept me well informed throughout the repairs. Car was detailed about pick up and looked great. Overalls happy with the experience.

Fantastic, fast and professional
This place has helped my family for over 10 years repairing our cars. We keep returning because we trust the quality of their service, the price and their honesty. Amazing!
I've recently brought my car in to Lyons Auto Body
From my recent accident. The receptionist was very polite and very helpful with my claim. Estimaters were very always on top of everything and helped me with my claim.
Technicians did a fantastic job on my vehicle and would definitely recommend Lyons Auto Body to my friends and family.

grateful !!
when bad luck strikes I was lucky enough I was towed to this body shop.I was so worried my car would never look the same again as my insurance company insisted it was not a right off. Its a 2005 diamond pearl white acura and everyone who knows about cars knows matching paint on an older car isn't the greatest. To my surprise 2 weeks later after picking up my car I felt the same feeling I had when I bought the car 10 years ago. I looked around my car and couldn't even tell it was in an accident she looked soo beautiful !!! Paint was a perfect match and the way they blended it I was astonished! I am soooooooooooooooooo happy with this work and my car will not be going anywhere else but Lyons from now on!

Great Service
I just wanted to give my appreciation to Lyons...from the tow truck driver to all the office staff... I was involved in a terrible accident on the highway and Lyons tow truck was on scene..he brought me to the office at which point I was guided through the process and was put in a rental on the spot. Unfortunately my car is not repairable but Lyons went out of their way and removed my brand new snow tires off my car and replaced it with my summer tires at no cost ! I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your help and going above and beyond for me I appreciate it !!

Terrible customer service
Just called to receive a quote and the lady I spoke to- Lauren was very rude with me! She said they do not give quotes on the phone. Meanwhile there website clearly sais: CALL TODAY FOR A FREE QUOTE! First off, take it off your site if this is not the case and secondly, do NOT hire people like that for a customer service position. Will not be taking my car here!

The whole story
Most of the time it is the shop to blame. The insurance company does not do the repairs the shops do and the shop is judged based on its level of service not what my insurance pays for the repairs. A family member had a vehicle at your shop which was not repairable. First off the family member was asked to sign a piece of paper and was told it was for the towing of the vehicle. It actually was not for the towing of the vehicle it was a work authorization for your shop to do the work. The insurance company knew the vehicle was not worth repairing and tried to move the vehicle. They could not because your shop then stated you had a signed work order. A work order which my grandma had no ideal she signed. The insurance company then sent out the inspector to look at the vehicle and confirmed it was not repairable. We removed the plates off the vehicle and said it was ok for the insurance company to move the vehicle. The insurance company called your shop everyday for two weeks to try and get the vehicle out but your shop kept telling them we did not let the vehicle go and did not remove the plates which we in fact did from day one. My grandma called your shop numerous times to let you guys know it was ok for the insurance company to move the vehicle but you kept telling the insurance company that she did not give your shop consent to move it. You held the vehicle at the shop as long as you could. The insurance company then had to pay you for everyday that the vehicle was held at your shop. What should have cost the insurance a couple hundred dollars at most, cost them over $1200 to get the vehicle out of your shop. All because you refused to let the vehilce go and kept saying we did not give premission for your shop to hand the vehicle over to the insurance co when infact we did. You say that insurance companies nickle and dime shops but you shop make over $1200 from my insurance company becuased you kept playing games to hold it as long as possible. All becuase you wanted to make more money. Is that how you do business? All of these reasons are why everyone has to pay higher insurance rates.

re repairs
not all shops are the same you get good and bad in every bussiness/// u can,t please everyone 100 out of 100 but you can strive to do your best// I have found that 90% of the time its not the body shop its your insurance com. trying to nicle and dime the repairs....and remember its easier to critizie than praise for a job welldone

apprehensive at first, but turned out great
I had an accident a few weeks back and my car was towed to this shop afterwards. I agreed to have it towed there because the driver stated (correctly) that they are a State Farm Insurance approved shop. They provided a rental, I signed some papers, and went off to work. I later did a bit of research online and stumbled upon bad reviews here and at another site.. it left me uneasy and I wanted to get my car out of there. By this point Lyons had already taken the car apart to inspect the damage and they were hesitant to let it out of their shop, stating that I had signed an authorization for them to asses the damage- which was true.

After some back and forth with their shop and my insurance agent I decided to let it go and have them conduct the repairs. The SUV needed both driver side doors fixed (replaced), the front fender repaired, and the front left suspension repaired. They took about 2 weeks to do the work and the finished product was immaculate. They cleaned the car inside and out, and the body and paint work was great. The suspension seems to have been fixed properly also as the car drives the same way it did before I got hit. They also called me along the way to see if I wanted to come inspect the work before paint.

I was apprehensive because of the bad reviews, but they did a great job. Something to keep in mind is that thye're a very busy shop, and while there are always bound to be some bad customer experiences (as with any business) it's beneficial to keep in mind that most folks won't bother to write a good review, but bad reviews will always get posted.

Horribly rude
The top bosses here are very rude. They didnt fix my car first time around, after following up with my insurance company (TD) for more than 1 month, I finally get a confirmation that i can go to have the issue fixed. Once I reach there they tell me that the part they ordered was wrong & that I have to come back again later. Obviously I get livid as I had to take time off work & now they are asking me to come back on a weekend. The boss/manager at the time said yes they made a mistake so he can’t do anything about it & that I need to come back later. He was oblivious to the fact that I have just 1 day off in the week & I have taken time off (no pay) from work. He gave me weird examples like his $80K Yukon broke down so who is to blame for that etc etc, so now I had to bear all this because he was having problems in his life/car. All along I think the boss/manager thought he was doing me a favour by having my car fixed. I think these guys in the business for too long now & they still have the dinosaur age thinking that they are above the customers they serve. I think banks should stop giving them business only then will they go & teach themselves about customer service. How interesting is the fact that none of the reviews here are positive except the ones they have posted for themselves. Need I say more? Oh, did I mention that the cartridge of my 6 CD-changer went missing when it was being fixed by them?
