So many rules. I don’t have a problem with rules really I don’t. However they change the rules in the middle of the game. The buildings are decades old single pane windows. Sometimes you need a little extra heat, portable heaters are not allowed any longer. Window a/c need to be installed by professionals.
Then there are the cockroaches. When I first moved in the roaches were bad. They were gone for a while but they’re back. Office doesn’t seem to care. They are some of the unfriendliness people you could ever pick to be the face of your organization.
I would not recommend anyone rent at 4750 Jane St. They’ll change the rules in the middle of the game.
