I have been renting a storage locker at Sentinel Storage in Coquitlam for just one month to accomdate my quick moving needs. While I was using the storage, I have found my experience with the staff to be excellent - friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and well-managed. The cost of my 2F storage is also better than expected. I recommend Sentinel Storage to whoever needs to rent small/large space.

This was my first time ever renting a storage unit, and Derek (the manager) made the whole process smooth and easy. Super friendly guy to talk to as well. Will be coming back in the future

Our office had a rushed move and needed to store large items within a short timeframe. We found Sentinel via Google and decided to give them a try. At every step of the way, the Sentinel Schoolhouse team was incredibly helpful and supportive with all of our questions and concerns. They were transparent throughout the entire process and were upfront about costs.

As it was our first experience using a storage unit, I wanted to give a special shout-out to managers, Alex Vasilyev and Derek Jang. Alex scheduled an in-person tour to show me the units and gain a better sense of the facility. He also tried to identify better storage options for our items. Derek had multiple phones calls with me to walk me through all the paperwork and was able to consolidate our storage units within the same building for ease of furniture transportation for our movers. Derek also assisted us on the day of the move to ensure we were all good to go.

I cannot express how amazing this experience has been. Every team member we have interacted with has been kind and patient. If you are looking for a storage facility, you are in great hands with Derek and Alex!

The manager Derek , has a big experience in communication with customers and find the right deal for the customer. He is very flexible and have plenty of skills and experience that made customers appreciate his services and the company as well .

I was looking for a couple of storage units a.s.a.p and in calling Sentinel S i spoke with a manager named Derek who made everything possible for us to move our equipment in , the easy location and a fantastic promotion on top. Derek goes out of his way to make you happy and stress less I recommend using Sentinel Storage and you have to meet Derek.

I strongly recommend this storage facility due to its exceptional convenience and accessibility. The store manager, Derek, is always cheerful and incredibly accommodating. The cleanliness of the storage area is impressive, and I feel completely safe storing my belongings, even at night. It's a friendly environment, and the pricing is very reasonable.

I've now used Sentinel Storage twice—once in Victoria a while back and more recently here in Vancouver. I can confidently say I'm a loyal customer after this experience! The Coquitlam Schoolhouse location in Vancouver has been outstanding. Derek, the manager, has been incredibly kind and professional from the start, always quick to address any questions or concerns I had. You definitely won't feel left on your own during the process! The location is convenient, and the storage units are clean and well-maintained.

Derek the manager is amazing! He is super nice and friendly. Every time I go to the locker to get something, I look forward in talking to him on my way out. There has been a few little rat friends in our outdoor locker but he took care of them. The locker is near the highway so very easy to get in and out. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a storage unit for about a year at Sentinel on Schoolhouse. Very clean, extremely well maintained and organized. Super convenient location for me as well. The management team are friendly, polite and so helpful! If I ever need storage again I will definitely be coming back and I will be telling my friends about Sentinel.

I dealt with Coquitlam BC Assistant Manager Varun and was very impressed with his helpfulness in responding to my questions and showing me various options. The units are spacious, clean and I’m happy with the on-site security and access hours. I would definitely recommend Sentinel Storage.

I moved to Vancouver for the first time from another state, and I was able to prepare for the move with a bright and warm heart thanks to Derek Jang. My husband and I explained in detail to us even though we were not good at English every time we went, and he also told us good stories about Vancouver. I'm meeting you for the first time in Vancouver, but thank you for always giving me good vibes and memories, my friend. Take care. Here's my recommendation.
