Excellent customer service. They helped me decide the best option for my storage needs. Access is easy and secure. The facilities are clean and accessible.
I love the paved road and easy access to the lockers. Service was impeccable, and they learn your name as well when being greeted

First off, Melanie is an absolute pleasure to deal with at the Pembina Hwy location. She is a great representative for your company. She is pleasant, helpful and thorough. I've run my own companies for 50 years and I would have loved to have a bunch of Melanies working for me.

We have used Access on couple occasions. This time was for small reno but mostly storage for a rush of moves for Ukrainian settlement. Staff always friendly and helpful. We like the monitored security and the new locking system being installed.
Likelihood we will be back in Sept/Oct for storage to allow bigger reno.
Oh and their move in deals can be a great start to your storage adventure!

The entire experience was so smooth and everyone was so friendly!!! I got a unit in literally less than 3 hours and only because I wanted to pay the Administrative fee in person. I hadn’t insisted on paying in person I would have gotten one in 30 minutes and one smooth phone call !

Very bad service
I took storage for 4 month pay on Time coz they have my credit card information . But there’s not safety and protection of your item my mattress , may cartons my suitcases totally garbage due to rain water dripping in side my stuff and in the storage area and company not give me any compensation she offer only dry empty boxes .
Its ridicules i never recommend or prefer to anyone take storage on access storage… i saw review all 5 stars i think these all owners friend and relatives that way All 5 stars

It's only referral based? That's does not make sense...why do you have such a giant sign on the perimeter hwy to call then....what a waste of time for someone to go there and be told that

Great customer service! I spoke with Melanie and she helped me get a unit, she went through the agreement and was very kind and helpful
Arranging the rental of storage space was quick and easy on the telephone. The person on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. Final arrangements of the contract was done on site with the local manager who thoroughly explain the main elements of the contract. The space rented was easily accessible and it was clean.
I used access storage many times, and every time it has been a smooth, pleasant experience. The customer service both on the phone and in person is always impeccable.
Dealing with all staff has been a pleasure considering the stress of moving. You feel your belongings are looked after with staff being professional and knowledgeable and quick to reply to any questions. I would and have recommended this location as fantastic to deal with and will certainly continue to use this storage facility for this move and for any in my future.
