Do not go there!
My car is under warranty with the error code B23A1.
The service advisor told me this code simply does not exist!
After complaining with her, she call the technician that told the car has this error code in the system but they will not check why despite the fact the car is under warranty!
The error is from a sterling wheel system and is Chrysler dealer does not care about the car or my safety.
This concern is being forward to the Ontario Consumer Protection and FCA Canada.

It was a great experience with vaughan Chrysler and specially Mike Rebalo. He understood our need not only on car model/features also on our financial side. He helped me to choose better car than what I was looking for without compromise my budget. He is great financial manager who works with banks and gave me the best rate.
I did trade in my old car over here. Regardless that my old car was from different dealership they really gave better trade in amount. I am vary happy with my new car jeep cherokee 2017.

I will give Mike full 5+ star on his service. I will recommend all to visit vaughan Chrysler and meet with Mike for best service.

I recently bought a 2017 Cherokee Ltd. from this dealer thinking it was fully loaded but when I went to use the roof rack to load an xmas tree I found that there were no cross bars on the rack. When I asked my sales person if they could include a set as part of the deal (2 weeks after the purchase of the $50K+ truck!) They were not willing to throw in the bars asking me to pay an additional $300+ for the "up grade" what a crock! I can only imagine how much they will try to squeeze out of me when it comes time to get service. I like my new jeep but doubt I will ever get any service work done here (let alone recommend anyone to buy from them) . I guess it's more important for them to make their money than to build a long term relationship. I'm pretty sure whomever services this truck will make more than $300 on the 1st service visit. Even worse, on top of all this a manager was suppose to call to explain why they could not include the bars but I still have not heard from him/her. I guess I didn't spend enough money...Nice job Vaughn Chrysler, and Vaughn Chrysler management! pretty short sighted of you!

My experience started with an online search of the vehicle I was interested in. I emailed several places and had a prompt and courteous reply from Christine M. from Vaughan Chrysler. A few details were discussed via text and we arranged to meet at the dealership to view and test drive the vehicle. This went fine with the usual negotiation from the middle and upper management but really nothing atypical and everyone was pleasant enough. This was towards the middle of July 2016.
My major problem came after the vehicle was purchased more from the service division, although Christine remained my contact person (as thus the relatively low rating). There were paint chips from both door handles that needed repair. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership from Brampton ( a 30 minute drive each direction) and was told that to do it properly, I would have to bring it back for an appt with a different off site service dept that would be able to fix this issue properly. On a second visit, I had left the vehicle and taken the bus back home. There was a delay in the repair (told due to the unusual hot weather spell this summer) so I waited a few more days without my vehicle. On a third trip back (on a long 1.5 hr bus ride), I was told that the vehicle was not ready although I had already confirmed the day prior when I would be able to pick it up and there was no notification to relay that the vehicle was not ready. As I had to get back to the office, I was provided with a loaner vehicle this time as the vehicle was "almost ready" and would be ready for pickup that evening.
I drove back to pick up the vehicle that evening and returned the loaner vehicle.

All in all, the sales portion of the experience with Christine and her support and management team was fine however the service team should have really given a loaner for the prolonged length of time that the repair took and should also have given notification that my vehicle repair was not finished since they knew exactly when I would be arriving. To top this off, I did mention to Christine that I would like to communicate with the service manager to relay this information as I usually do wait a month or so before writing a review, but the service manager did not get back to me.
At this time, a month after the initial purchase, the low pressure light has come on for this new 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan and I've had to bring it to the local Dodge service dealership in Brampton, where it was reset (and may not be that uncommon a problem for this model - time will tell ... )

Whether I would recommend this dealership depends on if you think service will be needed for your new purchase - that I leave up to the reader ...

Daniel in Chrysler’s service department is a pleasure to deal with and his calm and professional demeanor really helped to turn a challenging issue with my car into a positive experience. I would like to send my thanks and appreciation to both Daniel and Peter, in helping to get the issue resolved and for their excellent customer service.

Do not go to this dealership. Chased these guys for 3 months for 2nd key to the truck I purchased. Remote keys are expensive and they assured me they would get it. Never happened. Nothing but lies and run around. Sirous Azimi sales person was brutal.
I will never go back to this dealership.
