Great company to deal with and high quality products. Just completed installation of an aluminum railing on a deck. Previously purchased aluminum steps and a deck canopy. Very happy with all aspects of my involvement with Craft-Bilt.

Check your measurements onsite before you leave their business. The documentation attached to the door and door panels looked right but when we got them home and unwrapped the items the total measurements was too large for the opening, and the door was too high for the rough opening we provided. The documentation provided did not match the actual measurements of the products they provided, its like we got the wrong door and window panels. The would not help us and replace them. As well, we were missing a door handle and they would not replace it, so we bought it on amazon at our own cost. They kept sending us to different sales people to wear us down when we called. I do not recommend this company. Their after sales service is non existent.

Absolute great product! We constructed a second storey deck and are able to finish our project with a dry gazebo below. We are Diy'ers and Craftbilt staff were always very supportive with any questions we had. We are still in the process of installing our railings. The engineering and quality of the railings are far beyond anything we have seeing elsewhere. No regrets with our choice and bonus we get to support a canadian company.

Their glass aluminum railing is very impressive. Slightly more expensive than what you can get at a big box store but the quality and sturdiness is 10 times better. Would definitely use again.

Customer service was super helpful. Quality of the powder coated aluminum was excellent. If you are installing the railing yourself, be sure you have the skill to cut aluminum with precision.

Craft-Bilt is an excellant company with a fantastic product.

As a company, from intial contact, they reponded very quickly, answering all questions and finding solutions for me. They were very professional in accounting processes, and their packaging for shipment of material was incredible - every item was well protected. I wish I would have taken pictures of the packaging - every space was filled to prevent crushing and all surfaces were covered to prevent scratching.

Regarding the product, the decking material that I ordered was all cut to specifications. There were no defects in any of the construction nor finish of materials. Everything is very strong and durable (as advertised). As I live in Cranbrook, BC we can experience cold, snowy winters and hot, sunny summers. So, I wanted a very durable deck that would not need to be replaced. Instructions for installation were concise and easy to understand and follow allowing for a very easy installation.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company and their product, and would (and likely will) order from them again.

Excellent service by Craft-Bilt. Awning installed professionally two days past by Haus Pro, a company in Carleton Place that also sells Craft-Bilt materials. I purchased online direct from Craft-Bilt as they had a free delivery promotion. Too early to adequately rate this awning, but at this point it looks great and I am very happy to have purchased the electric option. I would not recommend DIY installation unless you are very confident. Having a professional, familiar with the product, install it is fast and properly done.

I installed them myself and found the process straightforward. Beautiful product. As per instructions don’t over tighten the screws and use caulking sparingly. Thanks to Lisa for assisting us with the order process. We received the shipment on time and well packaged. Everything fit perfectly. A pleasant purchase experience. 👍👍

Nice product. Very easy to deal with Craft-Bilt personnel for quote, shipment..
Installation was straight forward. The patio door could use better instructions. None came with the door and had to go on-line to get it and was a generic installation.
We had a small issue and it was fix right away.
I would recommend this product.
