The facility is clean, efficient, and well organized. The woman at the front desk is absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Communication was clear and respectful the entire time. They made everything simple, from explaining notice timelines to confirming my exact move-out date. The whole transition was smooth and stress-free.
When I moved out, they even followed up quickly, which really impressed me. I was honestly hesitant about using storage, but this experience completely changed my mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again — highly recommend!

I rented multiple units and also a mailbox from here, and it was a great experience. You can get to your storage unit anytime because they have a digital code to get through the main gates. The units are clean, well maintained, and customer service is fantastic.

Staff made it easy and convenient, and were very helpful with showing us options. Next time i need a storage rental, I’d come back for sure. Facility was clean and well maintained. 24 hr access was a breeze. Washrooms were nicely kept.

Update: A few months later and we have moved our things out (we were in between homes). There were no signs of pests or critters of any kind. Our items were in great shape like when we stored them, just a bit dusty LOL (to be expected). Thanks again for the great service! If we ever need to rent a storage space again, we will be back!
