Stellar Roadside Assistance Ltd.

My vehicle stalled today on a very busy Toronto street.I called CAA, and within 35 minutes my car was up on the back of his tow truck. He gave me a card with your company name, (STELLAR ROADSIDE), and my car was on it's way back to my home. I'd to thank REMY your driver, for fast friendly service. Keep up the good work !!!

Not gonna give my opinion just the facts, i was fired today, worked there 6 months, training is 2 weeks they pay 100 per day if u complete training and sign contract, you get paid $20 for a R1 which drives to customer up to 10km, hook up dollies aswell cause CAA doesnt pay for dollie hook up, and tow up to 10 kms, out of that $ 20 you pay the fuel for the truck, also if any damages happen or a scammer says you damaged, or iff theft of anything to truck or parts fall of truck they take 25% percent for damages, my first week i found a scammer said i damaged his truck told stellar i didnt, stellar didnt care and charged me $3300 to cover damages that i didnt do, tow lights were stolen off truck, i had to replace them at my expense, charging piece of tablet was damaged cost me $100 to repair, a swivell fell off truck charged me $500, i became sick of working for free , and started coming in when i felt like it , and leaving when i wanted, stellar didnt like that and fired me today due to my performance!!! If your considering stellar roadside i wish you the best, my only advice take pictures of every vehicle before towing no matter how crappy they appear!!!! They hold 3 weeks backs and 650 security deposits, im pretty confident i wont see one penny of it, i will be contacting the labour board, but pretty confident wont do anything for me cause i was a contractor!!!
