Very pleased, commendable customer service. Clean & secure facilities. I recommend them.

Competent, friendly staff. Clean well lit facilities. 2nd time i have used their facilities. Good deals from time to time.
On a separate topic, while I have zero problem with the admin fee, it was only during the contract signing that I learned of it.

I had a gentleman by the name of Eric help me .. he was super friendly and very helpful with all the questions I asked. Went above and beyond with the help and information I was requiring about.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of this storage facility. My father used them and I saw how clean everything was so when I needed my own storage unit it was a no brainer.
Friendly, helpful staff and probably the cleanest public bathroom I have ever seen. The access to carts within the building is super helpful. Overall would recommend.

Archibald office staff have been wonderful to work with so far, from helping determine the size of unit required to ensuring a smooth move in process. Personable and professional.

Well once again Estelle & Maggie took good care of me. This is the second time I walk in the Access Archibald location and I’m greeted so well. It’s like walking in to a friends place that you haven’t seen in a while. Very friendly and very helpful as well like usual. I didn’t think I’d need a storage again but I did.

We had a great experience renting office space from Access Storage at 750 Marion St, Winnipeg. The property was well-maintained, and any issues we had were quickly addressed. Communication was always prompt and professional. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I would definitely recommend renting from them!

I've used several different storage units at the Marion street site. Always had a pleasant experience with Maggie.

Decided to upgrade from 5x10 heated to 10x10 heated , none available @ Archibald but was quickly set up @ Marion storage ... very pleased with the professional transition and new arrangements !!!

I found it very easy to arrange my storage needs over the internet and phone. The instructions were clear and concise. The facility itself is spotless and very easy to access

Our family is new to Canada. We recently used Access Storage when our family moved to Manitoba. While waiting to have our own apartment, all our personal items were kept in the Access Storage unit. We felt that the usage was very convenient, accessible and most especially safe. Staff were there during working hours to ensure the safety of our belongings. Employees were very friendly and helpful as well. Access Storage is highly recommended!

It was all good except there was nobody from your team in the office or available to talk to on a weekend. That was a problem

I was storing my household belongings at the Marion location for a year. I am very pleased both with the actual storage facility and with the personnel that was very understanding and helping.

Clean, bright facility. Fast, prompt service by staff when I need another unit. Need aisle numbers printed or on a sign at end of each row of units. Also another inclined loading bay would be useful.

I had a nice experience with customer service and front desk, they look genuinely friendly and happy to assist you.

Access storage company were very helpful and easy to deal with. The inside storage location was easily accessible and the building was kept spotless.

In a world where payments are bi-weekly because of pay periods or monthly because some people get paid monthly, the payments of every 4 weeks is frustrating.
It's hard to budget something where the payment day is different every month.
Other than that, the service is very good, staff is friendly, understanding and, within reason, accommodating.
There are trolleys and palletjacks to help you move your stuff.
