RCC had the manpower, the machines and the equipment to get this basement foundation repair done quick. They didn't fool around with this waterproofing. I think RCC is a great waterproofing company and deserves the recognition.
We had RCC Waterproofing fix the entire back wall of our house. There was some rain so it took a couple more days than expected but they did a great job and we have a dry basement now and it does not smell musty any more. Thanks.

RCC waterproofed the back section of our home. Very professional. Mohammed and DJ did a tremendous job and answered all the questions that I had. They showed me what they were doing throughout the process. They cleaned up afterward and did everything that I was expecting them to do as promised. They over-delivered in my estimation! The true test comes in the Springtime but I feel comfortable, confident and very happy with the job that was completed here at my house.
RCC has a wonderful team lead by Kurt. They really covered all bases when it came to this job including all the coordinating it took to make this happen. Any time we had an issue or concern, Kurt was always there to give us the right information. Our basement has always been damp but mold brewing is where we drew the line. We needed to bring someone in to find a way to take care of this. Thankfully RCC was that company that could take care of it. Chris, John and George did a fantastic job with our basement and our problem is completely fixed. We have had waterproofing done a long time ago but that particular spot started to leak again. We decided to try someone else and hired RCC Waterproofing based on a recommendation. Their workmanship was great and their crew were very nice people. They did the job and warrantied their work so we don't have to worry if it leaks again. RCC is great.

The RCC team was great to work with from the girls on the customer service lines, to the ground crews who did all the heavy lifting and finally to our sales representative Jeff Martin who answered all of our questions. Big thanks to the company for doing a great job. Its great to have some peace of mind knowing these leaks are gone and the work done is warrantied for a lifetime.
Guys were very professional, cleaned up after they were done, and made everything look great. What more could you ask for. We haven't had any leaks since the work so I think its safe to say great job RCC! 5 star workmanship!
Two coats of membrane and a roll of dimple board later and this foundation wall is sealed. We are planning to continue waterproofing along the foundation wall at some point but right now we just needed the leaking wall taken care of and RCC Waterproofing came through for us. They did a great job for us and special thanks to Kurt. Everything was splendid and the company's professionalism shone through.

From start to finish, the fix has gone smoothly. Kurt and the rest of the RCC crew have made everything very easy to manage for us. Our basement has needed to get this update for a long time. We have a cantina and our basement gets very smelly and moldy. Its just not something we want to deal with anymore and RCC helped us take our basement back. The problem is that our basement does not circulate the moisture properly and Kurt and the team installed a new drainage barrier to let the excess water drain down the new weepers that were installed. Its a system that works and its been a few weeks since the guys left and no issues. We can enjoy our basement now thanks to RCC.
Its good that you guys gave us options cause it would have cost a lot to fix the leak from the outside and we would have had to rip up our concrete pad. The fix from the interior of the home did the trick though and we are glad we had the option to fix it that way. To everyone, I recommend RCC to you cause they will get the fix done for you. My wet basement is as good as new. RCC crew have done a good job fixing the foundation. We really have to thank Kurt for his help in the whole process. I am very excited to have my basement back leak free.
I now have proper drainage in my basement thanks to RCC. I bought the house and realized quick that the basement was awfully damp all the time and needed a waterproofers touch. New piping on the footing leading to a drain and dimple board along the wall. We still have more to fix around the house but RCC made this one easy for us!
These guys did the whole job in less time than I thought. They took care of my cracks and leaks while I worked from home and they finished their job before I did! Had work done both on the exterior foundation and inside the basement to tackle a combination of cracks and weak points. RCC did a great job! The crews worked simultaneously to finish both parts of the job and they always let me know what steps they were gonna take to completing it. I was actually impressed by their level of professionalism that you don't see very often in industry. When all is said and done, I am very please with the job done by this company. Installed a new interior membrane in our basement that will help with moisture movement and humidity. I must say that since the job was done, I haven't had to fire up the dehumidifier at all. Glad we had RCC just solve this issue for us, instead of struggling with mold problems. Thanks for the peace of mind!
These guys get customer service! Heavy rains recent have exposed cracks in the armour of our house and these guys advised us through every step of the way. They offered us three different ways of fixing the foundation and told us how the project would be done with the route we picked. They started shortly after our inspections and began excavating. By the beginning of the evening they had installed all the membrane and refilled the holes with soil and stone. It was done in a day! Like I said, these guys understand customer service.
RCC suggested to redo our drainage system in our house stop the place from becoming moist and building up mold and mildew. We tried so many different things from dehumidifiers and cleaning sprays that we ultimately caved in to the idea.
Best decision we have made! The place has been dry ever since and it is much more pleasant to be down in that space. It was worth the money and we don't have to worry about potential leaks down the road because RCC took care of that too. Thanks for a great job!
