this place is really bad for any out there the service is so bad they all to do is sell and don't care about their customer. The place is not clean.

DO NOT GO HERE! Renew Beauty Spa has no regard for their clients! I purchased a package for laser at their Sherway Location, they closed that location, transferred me to Erin Mills and found out yesterday they will not book me because the "Sherway" laser broken. This is a chain beauty spa and should treat all their prepaid customers fairly. They took my money and didn't provide the service!!! BE WARNED -- THEY DID NOT CARE EVEN WHEN I TRIED TO REASON WITH THEM. I WAS TOLD IT WASN'T HER ISSUE! BAD BAD SERVICE and no call back from Manager. If you go here, DON'T BUY ANY PACKAGES!
