Renew Beauty Med Spa

Myself & My best friend now entering our late 40's had decided to give Renew Spa a try. Well..myself and my girlfriend had a wonderful time! The staff are terrific!! The nurses that we have encountered on our visits are very professional and have provided us with exactly what we were looking for!!Nothing to over the top!!The Spa itself...very clean & professional!!

Extremely unprofessional. I was their customer until they changed management and refused to honour my Groupon any longer. I had a coupon for 6 visits and I only got 2.
That would have been fine if they gave me my money back. They said they would, they gave me my invoice and their legal department's email (Mitch).
I emailed them several times and went back to the spa a few times but I never saw the money, it was more than $60. I feel very disappointed and cheated...would never go back or recommend them.

if there was a rating for less than one star i would give that. incredibly unprofessional management, overworked and stressed front staff, machines break down constantly. i have been rescheduled for appointments four times, once they cancelled my appointment without even telling me. the occasions i have been able to get in for have happened a minimum of 45 minutes late. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

The main Reason I am a Renew Beauty Med Spa customer at a Davisville location, is because of the professionalism and years of experience their Laser Technicians have. I have been to many other spas but their Laser Technicians are very young and inexperienced. I feel more confident with Renew Beauty Med Spa and have been their loyal customer for months. I recommend either Sheri or Eva to you since they are the most knowledgeable and experienced physicians there.
