Toni is absolutely magnificent. She's super sweet, knowledgeable, helpful and has a great sense of humor! Absolutely loved this as a first time experience.

Recently went in & spoke with Toni & Shelley, these 2 ladies were a great duo to deal with, super friendly, extremly helpful & answered all my questions with ease.
These 2 lovely ladies even gave me guidance on a rather sensitive matter to do with my father in law & the locker contents & for the first time in a number of years my mind is 100% completely at ease with the help & information they provided to us both.

I just rented a unit here and I cant express how happy I am with that decision, toni and the rest of the staff were amazing to deal with, very happy and golucky, the customer service was unmatched and they were happy to help id recommend storage mart on 1st avenue purely for the experience and laughs i get to share with all the workers if your looking for a place to store your shit look no further great price and care everyday!!!! Toni will be your spirit animal within the first 2 minutes of walking in choose any other location and you'll be missing out!!!!
Great place to store personal belongings! Clean, secure, and easy to access. They also have moving carts inside so that you can easily bring your things to your unit

I rented a unit at the Portage Avenue location online. When I went to pick up the lock and get my code, I realized the unit would not work for my needs. Diana and Della were super helpful and checked availability at the other two locations. They found a unit at the 1st Avenue location that was easily accessible, close to the loading dock, and climate controlled. The location is super clean and the unit looked great. They have moving carts, ramps, docks, etc. and made it very easy to load/unload items. (There is also a washroom, which is super convenient after a long day of moving!) The only thing to consider is the after-hours access. If you have a unit close to the main doors and loading dock, the after-hours keypad is at the opposite end of the building. You have to enter, then walk down a long hallway with motion-activated lights, then get in the elevator and go down to the main floor. I did not like that aspect, especially if you are alone.
Toni was an excellent guide through the facility! She was able to answer all my questions with professionalism, courtesy and humour!
Shelly & Shawn were incredibly kind, very helpful and made my move-in smooth.

Shelley was amazing and very understanding. She did a thorough walk through with me and made sure I understood the hours entrances and exits as well as was very compassionate to my reasoning and situation on needed the storage unit . She even gave me her ext number incase I need anything else . Great serve and the place is locked down tighter then a ticks behind !
I've been renting at multiple StorageMart locations in Saskatoon for close to a decade and cant say enough good things about the staff. Della and Shelly are fantastic to deal with and make everything so easy. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a storage space.
We have rented from StorageMart for two years for our non-profit has been the most wonderful experience. Lovely staff, supper attentive and friendly, as well as the unit is always clean. 10/10 would reccomend!

Clean, easily accessible facility with large bay doors and a machine operated lift. But it is the service here that is truly exceptional and awesome.

It is a very clean and easy move in and move out. Building is secure and easy to navigate. I appreciate the kind and friendly service that Shelley gave to me and my family. She was very helpful and always friendly and there to help with any questions or concerns. My stressful situation was a lot easier to manage. Thank you Storage Mart on 1st Street!
I am very disappointed with my experience at StorageMart. This is my second time renting at this downtown location. I was hesitant to rent from them again but was assured that my first experience was an anomaly. It was not. I am in my new locker now for 4 or 5 months and have just received my SECOND rate increase!!!! This one for almost $35. That's approximately 43% increase in less than 6 months! That said, the staff have been very pleasant and helpful.
Shelley was supper easy to deal with and gave a good tour of the place to make sure I would get lost. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

So easy to book online. When we spoke to Shelley at the location, she was amazing to deal with. So friendly and informative.
Staff are amazing! So welcoming and helpful. Units are clean and secure. Usually have some sort of promo on which is always a bonus. This is my 2nd time renting at this location and always been more then happy with everything from this facility!!
I needed a bit more space, the girl in the office was so nice and helpful. She got me sorted that same day, I moved, she had all the paperwork and payment taken care of and I'm good for a few more years! Thank you!

BAIT and SWITCH business practices. I hesitated to write this review until the most recent unreasonable rate increase. I have had my stuff in storage for just over one year and the cost has gone up well over 50%. 35% within the first 3 months and now again 17% not even a year later, in the name of “inflation”. Trying to find something positive to say, it is a clean and secure facility; however, the opaque business practices and move-in “promotions” with subsequent massive rate increases are gross. The people at the front desk feign to be kind until there is any problem. I’m leaving names out but they have been mentioned here before. Example: within the first month of renting there was a problem with the credit card number inputted into their system so the payment didn’t go through. Their mistake, not mine. Until this was sorted out I was treated very rudely as if I was trying to scam “them”. I guess people are always afraid of the same bad behaviour they emulate. Stay away. I can’t wait to return from my travels and remove my things from this facility. I would encourage everyone to avoid as this place is a complete rip off.

The best storage place in the city! It’s very clean, warm and you can drive right into the loading dock. Della, Shelley and the crew are awesome and so friendly. They let me know as soon as something is delivered and I have full confidence that my packages are in good hands!
