Very happy with the deal I got online for here. All the instructions this location provided to me were easy to follow and understand. We opted for A/C units with easy access & they were clean, had no issues with break-ins, damage, etc.
Staff are very helpful and kind and make sure instructions and contract is very clear. I have used them twice this year and have received a free month both times. The outside storage is secure and very easy to access. I am very happy with my whole experience with Storage Mart!

The inside storage area is very clean, well lit hallways. The staff member that I dealt with - Paul - was really helpful and made the whole process quick and simple. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit.

If you want to experience the epitome of customer service, do business with the Wonderland & Southdale StorageMart. I can’t think of a transaction that was made easier or more pleasant than renting here. Honestly, they had the best pricing but the customer service is what stands out. If you want to improve your own customer service, visit or try to hire Beth! She’s amazing!
Extremely clean such nice staff was very easy it was my first time using a storage service and they walked me through every step of the way and they were so friendly and kind and helpful and they were awesome 10 out of 10 above and beyond

The staff were awesome at my checking in! Got a the relevant info thoroughly explained and came away a very content customer, would recommend this place!
Incredibly kind workers, super accommodating. Would recommend their service to anyone. Helpful on the phone and in person when we got there. They went put of there way to make sure we got what we needed. We had been to a bunch of other places the same day and this was the only place that was helpful.
The 'yearly' increase they have doesn't mean the price will go up in a year. They raise the cost of the unit whenever they want and call it yearly from what I was told when I called to question why I had had two increases if they were supposedly only yearly.

Beth is amazing and makes everything from deciding what unit, to the move in and out, easy and a pleasant experience . I highly recommend this establishment. It’s very clean and has all kinds of options for different sizes of units.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist me with any questions or concerns I may have. The units are clean, secure, and easily accessible. I feel confident leaving my belongings here knowing that they are in good hands. I would highly recommend this storage unit facility to anyone in need of storage space.
I have never used storage before, and everyone was extremely helpful and patient with me. From the referral at the first location, I went to, Amy took the time to go over everything and then call to Tristan and Debbie at the other locations to expect me. When I walked in, Justin greeted me by name, and was Awesome.
The actual unit is clean and well-kept, which is good. Items stored feel safe and secure. The elevator works well, but there are only 3 very janky carts that are quite hard to use and steer. However, prices at this place are insane. The posted prices are not remotely accurate as there are a lot of hidden fees and extra costs which are only revealed at the last second. Do not buy any of the packing items at the Storage Mart. While I understand paying a slight premium for the convenience of having everything in one place, 5 medium boxes, a roll of tape and a lock were over $80. Go over to the Home Depot 2 minutes away and buy the same supplies for $25.
I went in for boxes and tape. Amy was amazing. Even helped me out to my car. I wanted to tip her , but she explained they can’t accept tips. Please give her a huge pat on the back for me. She was very professional and helpful. Thx
Just got signed up for their anniversary sale, 75$ a month plus first month free! Great time to take advantage of this promotion. Amy was wonderful in helping us pick a unit and showing us access to the building. Clean temperature controlled units. I would highly recommend.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff (Tyrell) who took the time to actually show my wife and I the various Storage Lockers available and explained pricing, entry to building etc. We looked at other storage companies but this one stood high above the rest. And no, I do not work for this company!
This is my first time having a storage unit that’s climate controlled. For me and my spouse it’s the coolest thing ever, especially when most of our home is in that unit. It is nice knowing our things won’t get wet, ruined or damaged. Access to the unit is so easy during normal hours and after hours. When we arrived to put everything into our unit Beth was super helpful and informative. super awesome customer service and we’re glad we chose this type of unit. We’re also glad we were able to have one during a deal as well. Super helpful for us during this time. Highly recommend this location .

This StorageMart is so accommodating and friendly! Great place if you ever need to rent a locker short term or even long term.
