We had a situation where we had a bad leak in our kitchen. I sent an email on Sunday evening asking that we be contacted a.s.a.p. On Monday and I received a call before their business hours. Ok I was impressed. Was able to book a tech same day and I was blown away by how quickly the issue was identified and repaired. I'm a appreciative to the service tech as I had booked a certain time for the appt and I was late leaving work to make the appt time. The service tech called me while I was still 20 mins out and he said no problem!!! I realize his time is also valuable so really appreciated his flexibility,

Work was well done and as I say the tech was top notch !!

We recently had our water heater fail. It was leaking a considerable amount of water under our mobile home and I assumed we had a water line fail. The technician came out and after looking at the water dripping quickly determined the cause was a cracked water heater. He gave me an accurate quote on the spot. He then went out and picked up a new water heater and it was installed the same day. The whole process was conducted quickly and professionally to the highest standards.
When the job was completed I was presented with the bill that was exactly as quoted. We are very happy with the service, price and workmanship we received from this company and won't hesitate to call on them in the future if the need arises.

Woke up to a leaking hot water tank and by 1:40 Mr. Router was at our door to install a new one, and to fix our drainage pump, which had coincidently stopped working. Everything needed was on the truck and all was complete within 2 hours. Rob was pleasant, explained everything, and respected our interior.
