It was totally a good experience…I was not disappointed to say the least! My call was immediately returned and the service was excellent. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend this carpet cleaning service to anyone.
I called and clearly indicated what I needed, I was "sold" that they could do it. I waited 2 weeks for my appointment and at the time they were to show I get a call that I should call someone else they are not sure it worth to come all the way to where I live and clean properly. What happened to a little notice, do they think I have nothing else to do then wait for 2 weeks and wait for them to show up. I don't know if they do good work but I can say they don't do what they say they can.
I bought a dealfind coupon for their services and have called during business hours and left messages twice but there's no response. Perhaps they're just swamped but its still pretty annoying.
