I've been using this storage facility for over 6 months now, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the service. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and very secure. The staff are friendly and always available to answer questions or assist with anything needed. The units are spacious and easy to access, and they have convenient hours that fit my schedule. Pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the top-notch security and service. As a startup business, I was particularly appreciative of the top-quality service from the front staff. The storage rooms are consistently clean and well-organized, which gives me peace of mind knowing my equipment is in good hands. It’s a really amazing facility and the staff is awesome. To be honest it felt like family while having conversation with the staff members. I would like to recommend Giles and he was very specific in proving details and even helped me in all the questions I had which is amazing because the weather was pretty bad outside and he still came out and showed me the facility along with helping me to park my vehicle inside the parking unit. Appreciate that Giles !
I will definitely recommend this location for someone who wants to keep their car safe and sound.

Great service. Clean and tidy storage rooms. Ample parking for visitors. Lots of space to drive in large trucks. Monitored by 24 hour security. Would highly recommend.

Scarborough location: Well managed, Good customer service, very close to 401, 365 days 24 /7 access and all the storage are on ground level so there is no hassle to take the elevator. I will use it again in future if needed and recommend it to family and friends.

I was completely surprised and impressed by the help, patience and advice from the team. From the manager to the staff all great people!

The storage units are very clean and well managed. I was worried about whether my antique wood pieces and art would be ok, and there were no issues at all. They also have a number of sizes which is very helpful given I also stored bulky items.

The location of the facility right off of the 401 and the size of the location is impressive and convenient.

I needed help in a pinch and this team were there for me. Really glad I made this choice and will definitely return and recommend them to others!

Excellent Service! I lost my card and thinking I would never had a unit, but the associate at Storwell came up with a solution and even gave me a discount. I was in my downtime, and super tired from moving to new home, so he was being so helpful. Been accessing the unit for a month, the code was very easy, and not too complicated to get into my unit. the place was always clean and look organized all the time. Great job, Thank you Storwell!

Over the years I've probably gone to three other storage facilities while living in Toronto. This is by far the best one I've dealt with.
Security is always on point. Things I kept in the unit always felt safe.
The ease of access and location was amazing and the staff was even better. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. The only reason why I left is that they have no outdoor heated units.
Which is understandable but overall I had a fantastic experience here.

The place is kept clean and secured .The 24/7 access makes a big difference. Units are accessible by vehicles - which really simplifies loading and unloading.High level customer service combined with high-level business ethics has been displayed by Judith ( manager ) and the rest of the staff working under her care .

I spent about 10 months renting 2 store units and my experience was great.
The facility is well maintained, the team is very friendly and they take care of any things that needs to be addressed when brought to their attention.

Giles is such a wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable person. He explained everything so that it was easy to understand and answered all our questions. After looking at a few other storage units my daughter and I decided on storwell self storage because of the outstanding service we received. Storage units are clean and well maintained.
