Perfect location off the 401 highway.

Needed a second unit to rent. It was great that I got it in the same pod and just 2 doors over from my original unit. Very convenient. Paperwork was fast and easy.

Scarborough location: Well managed, Good customer service, very close to 401, 365 days 24 /7 access and all the storage are on ground level so there is no hassle to take the elevator. I will use it again in future if needed and recommend it to family and friends.

My experience at Storwell Self Storage on Executive Court was seemless!! Upon arriving at the office, Alia greeted me with a smile and provided me with amazing customer service. She took her time to explain the process, showed me several units and answer all my questions. As I have never rented a storage unit before, I appreciate her knowledge in assisting me which one to rent. I was completely surprised and impressed by the help, patience and advice from the team. From the manager to the staff all great people!

The storage units are very clean and well managed. I was worried about whether my antique wood pieces and art would be ok, and there were no issues at all. They also have a number of sizes which is very helpful given I also stored bulky items.

The location of the facility right off of the 401 and the size of the location is impressive and convenient.

I needed help in a pinch and this team were there for me. Really glad I made this choice and will definitely return and recommend them to others!

Excellent Service! I lost my card and thinking I would never had a unit, but the associate at Storwell came up with a solution and even gave me a discount. I was in my downtime, and super tired from moving to new home, so he was being so helpful. Been accessing the unit for a month, the code was very easy, and not too complicated to get into my unit. the place was always clean and look organized all the time. Great job, Thank you Storwell!

Over the years I've probably gone to three other storage facilities while living in Toronto. This is by far the best one I've dealt with.
Security is always on point. Things I kept in the unit always felt safe.
The ease of access and location was amazing and the staff was even better. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. The only reason why I left is that they have no outdoor heated units.
Which is understandable but overall I had a fantastic experience here.

It's been such a great experience dealing with Storwell Scarborough, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a unit to store items. Not only do they have top class facilities, the staff (especially Giles) are fantastic and friendly, and provided such great support and customer service.

The front desk person was very helpful in letting me know the sizes and price options that were available and showed me a bunch of units.
Their pricing was very reasonable, and I am very satisfied with the space and service.

Units are accessible by vehicles - which really simplifies loading and unloading.High level customer service combined with high-level business ethics has been displayed by Judith ( manager ) and the rest of the staff working under her care .

The facility is well maintained, the team is very friendly and they take care of any things that needs to be addressed when brought to their attention.

Giles is such a wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable person. He explained everything so that it was easy to understand and answered all our questions. After looking at a few other storage units my daughter and I decided on storwell self storage because of the outstanding service we received. Storage units are clean and well maintained.
