My wife and I are new to the Ottawa area and were having trouble with our car. After looking in the phone book and calling a few places we decided to give Gary's on Bank Street a call. Alex answered the phone in a very friendly and inviting manor. That morning there was a lot of snow coming down yet Alex sounded cheerful on the phone and I told my wife, "if they are as good as the guy on the phone, this might be a great place". Shortly thereafter we arrived at the store and met Jason on the front desk. Equally polite and welcoming we got down to having our oil changed and have a potential problem with our wheel bearings inspected. Jason explained to us that he would complete a thorough inspection of our car (included with the oil change) and would let us know if there were any issues with our wheel bearings. As expected the wheel bearings needed replacing and we were provided a quote. The quote was better than that of your competitors and we authorized your work.

Long story short, the repairs were completed in a timely manner, your staff on the Bank Street store were very professional and we will not be looking anywhere else in the future to get work done. From the greeting on the phone, to our reception and the job completed your staff on the shop floor it is hard to imagine better service. You should be proud of the guys at the Bank Street store.
