Melissa, what can i say? She was amazing. I was running late and she stayed a few minutes back to support my wife and I after we were screwed over by UHaul and allowed us to complete our registration with Access Storage Rexdale. We wish her all the best and hope she is appreciated!

Start to finish this was made exceptionally easy. Customer service was top notch. 10/10 would recommend. Special shout out to reservation centre and Jeremy at the location!

What can I say about this locations. The stuff is incredible. I was running late the day I got the storage unit and they stay late over half an hour to help me out. Huge space with easy access to all storages. I wanted to thank specially Melissa, she is great professional and took care of me as I change units last minute(again). I would recommend anyone who is looking for storage to look no further then this locations because they highway is next to it, Melissa thank you to you and your team! :). I was stuck in a situation that I was moving to another home and my another home is under renovation. So,I have to put my luggage somewhere safe and secure. So, I came across to access storage and it was very good and the customer service of them was very nice to me. Mellissa helped me a lot in order to get the perfect unit for us.

The team at this location are amazing. We had a space with them for almost 2 years and they made themselves consistently available to support us and our needs. Melissa was instrumental in getting us set up quickly, at one point providing us with her personal number and a video instructional video to help us after-hours. Thank you 270 team!

Carol helped me in registration process and she is very humble and friendly person. ❤️

Alsp the storage facility is very secure, even the main entry gate requires passcode.
Locks are different than conventional locks, you have to purchase its specific lock if you dont have.

My experience renting storage at this location was an extremely good one. Melissa, the store manager was very helpful and kind to us. She explained everything so well and made sure we were comfortable with the unit we took. She just handled everything so well. I would be happy to use this storage again and highly recommend it to my friends.

A seamless experience from start to finish which was so deeply appreciated— most especially by a first time storage unit purchaser! I’ve never had such a great customer service experience in my life! Melissa was especially wonderful when I went to their Rexdale location and I wish I remembered the young gentleman’s name that I spoke to when I called the website and he directed me to the closest storage facility to me. God bless your entire team! You saved me a lot of grief yesterday and your prices were BEYOND reasonable! 🥰

Very nice and secure place for parking and storage and also clean. Melissa and Carol was very helpful and welcoming, I park my Box truck there and bought a semi truck and trailer but couldn't park there because it need big space, good place to park 26ft truck and am recommending whoever looking for spot to rent this is the right place.

Horrible experience with the manager of Rexdale and Martin Grove location along with the district manager, Michael. There was a venting system above my storage unit which exploded. Nobody informed me that something happened. One day I happen to go check my unit and there was debris and oil all over my furniture. You pay $20 a month for insurance but once it’s time to claim they will call you and tell you they see no visible damage. It took three months for someone to call me which was Michael the district manager he was so rude and does not want to help me or do anything. Instead he said the oil is wipeable, which is not true. It stripped the leather. The manager at this location also told me it was God’s disaster. Not worth $290 a month. Much better storage company’s in the area.
