Affinity Luxury Car Rental

Can I rate this company negative stars? After holding a Porsche on my car in advance and confirming pickup twice (the last time was mere hours before my flight arrived in Pearson), no one picks us up, leaving us waiting for two hours bwfore we finally decide to just get another car ... I have now called and talked to someone from this company on five different occasions, each time being assured a call back and not once have they tried to call back to so much as apologize. Mistakes happen but what a slap in the face ... 0/5 stars

Rented a car thru porsche dealer when servicing my car last summer. Never rented before that or again. All of a sudden a year later I start getting charges from affinity for day rentals not to mention billing charges for 407 as we'll. stay away and for sure don't give them access to credit card info. Thieves

DO NOT TRUST A WORD ANYONE FROM AFFINITY CAR RENTAL TELLS YOU! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING OR YOU WILL BE SORRY LATER. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE ABOVE WHAT THE INSURANCE COMPANY WOULD PAY, BUT NOW AFFINITY HAS CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR $2,093!

Recently I rented from Affinity Car Rentals to drive to Florida to visit friends, I wanted something a bit different than the ussual rental offerings and Affinity had a great selection of luxury and exotic vehicles for me to chose from. I took my trip in a nice red, Toyota Solara convertible and it really made a difference to be able to cruise the state with the roof down. The car was affordable and I had no issues with it at all. The staff at Affinity were awesome. Very friendly, very professional. Maybe next year I'll splurge on a Ferrari or a Porsche from Affinity. They really made me want to come back.
