I recently had the experience of taking my young son to the Speech Therapy Centres of Canada. He has a number of speech delays, and we have been to other speech therapists prior to beginning with this clinic. From the moment that I spoke to the receptionist and then the intake coordinator on the phone, to our assessment appointment and then the three visits we've had so far, I have experienced excellent service and professionalism. The clinic is very clean and child-friendly. Our speech therapist spends lots of time with my son and she is very patient. I'm already seeing some changes, which I didn't see before at any other speech therapist. I've already recommended this place to others and they've had similar experiences.

I set up an appointment with my daughter, 4 years old, I got there 5 minutes late. The therapist started asking a lot of questions that were already addressed with the questionaire. After all the questions, the assesment was 8 minutes and I dont know what kind of conclusions she made in 8 minutes. Then she said that she has another client. Very poor service, lack of experience, and the worst $ 200 for 8 min assesment
