We are in the midst of putting in a new kitchen and two new bathrooms and highly, highly recommend Kim at Factory Tile Depot in Oakville. Although we started out with a designer's inspiration board plan, Kim steered us to fabulous tiles for the floors, shower walls, backsplashes, and new kitchen countertops that are worthy of a magazine and brought a dream kitchen and bathrooms to fruition. It was really reassuring when I spoke to the tradespeople we found and suppliers for other materials that they all highly recommended Factory Tile Depot and said that is where they shop for themselves. The whole staff at Factory File Depot is so welcoming, friendly and they made numerous phone calls with a supplier to get a certain backsplash I wanted for the next morning and even offered to go pick it up for me in another city. They were very willing to store all the floor tile until we needed. Can't say enough great things about this company and I'll add pictures to the review when the work is all finished. A HUGE THANK YOU TO KIM at Factory Tile Depot.
We had a great experience dealing with Factory Tile Depot. We visited both the Oakville and Mississauga stores and we purchased tiles and 2 counter tops for our bathrooms. Installation went smoothly and we are very happy with the finished counters.

Stopping into Factory Tile Depot was the best decision my husband has ever made! The staff are so friendly and they really do make tile fun. We had an amazing designer who gave us his full attention. The selection was unbelievable! I would, and have, recommend Factory Tile Depot to everyone!!!
After shipping around for weeks, we made our way to Factory Tile Depot. Upon entering the store we were greeted with a friendly hello, and proceeded to design and install a beautiful kitchen with their staff's help. The selection is by far the best in the city and the staff there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, which is hard to find these days. We will definately be recommeneding this company to our frineds and family!
Having never had any decorating adventures in the past, I walked into FTD completly unsure as to what I wanted or needed. I was greeted at the door with a friendly hello and a smile, and felt like I was in an enviroment where the staff genuinly wanted to help. They were able to explain to me what I needed, gave me some options and answered even the smallest questions I had. I left there feeling confident in starting the project at hand and I would recommend FTD 100%.
The staff at this location were amazing. They helped us from start to finish designing a bathroom with some amazing materials and prices to match. We will definately be retruning for all our future projects, and would highly recommend!!
